Riem Service is engaged in a continuous program of R&D and designed a brand new series of oil free screw airends taking care of all the different manufacturing phases.

The airends are tested and their performances are certificated; in addition, they are TUV class ‘0’ ISO 8573-1 certified, attesting the quality of their compressed air.

We can build and recondition tube bundle heat exchangers, cooling batteries, plate heat exchangers, aluminium radiators. We can rebuild, to the original standard, tube bundles in AISI 316 or AISI 444 stainless steel, for ZR compressors like ZR 3, ZR 4, ZR 5, ZR 6, ZR 7, ZR 55, ZR 75, ZR 110-145, ZR 160-275, ZR 300-425, ZR 450-750, ZR 900 series. We produce our spare parts using a coupling system of tubings and plates through TIG welding or a rolling expansion process. We can certify most of the parts we produce. When required we can produce mantles in stainless steel for the tubings.

In case of specific needs of our clients, we are able to design and produce standard coolers with specific material, with improved corrosion resistance, always capable to guarantee the features of the expected heat exchange.

We are able to revise to “zero” hours or rebuild the drying drums of the MD series.

The following models, new or reconditioned to “zero” hours, and not OEM, are available in our warehouse:

- MD Rotors as for the 1st series MD3, MD4, MD5, MD6

- MD Rotors as for the 2nd series MD27-29, MD50, MD100-200, MD300-400, MD600, MD1000,

MD1800.

The substitution of the bearing guides is included in the reconditioning.

We renovated the selection of fabric-finished and reinforced rubber for our diaphragms, membranes and couplings. We use our test bench to improve performances and durability

The samples of the membranes have been tested for more than 600.000 cycles.

Our workshops can carry out the process of reconditioning to “zero” hours all types of screw and cam “Z”

rotors, also replacing the screws when necessary.

We are able to refurbish every oil-free compression elements available on the market.

We has test benches available where elements of all sizes & types can be tested. The test benches are

linked to a server, where the test results are analyzed. At the end of the test a report is released about

the performance of the element.

The electronic control panels we make are entirely compatible with those of lubricated and oil free compressors. Our panel is compatible with the electronic sensors of machines equipped with MK III, MK IV and MK V electronic panels. The programming is user friendly and does not require further software. A version for INVERTER machines is available too. We can explain its features giving a demonstration at your plant, using a test box that shows the accessibility and reliability of our product.

The unceasing development of the electronic technology for machines allowed us to equip our MK49 electronic panel with a latest generation system that we customized so that all pressure, temperatures and other parameters can be transmitted through the web and monitored in real time

RIEM SERVICE uses sophisticated equipment to elaborate the process of reverse engineering, studying

hardness, chemical composition, shape and size of the parts to be replicated using specific analysis and a

3D digitization process.

These data are later entered into dedicated software for CNC machines to shape the required pieces. These

tailored parts are accompanied by a certification guaranteeing the manufacturing processes and the

chemical composition of the material.
