1.2.1 Hopper

The hopper has been designed with a capacity of 5m3. The hopper has a chopping board gate to open and

close the passage of the product when necessary.

The hopper is supplied with a medium level.

1.2.2 Support system mouth

This system allows to hold the mouth of the bag automatically, facilitating support and avoiding losses

of material. This system consists of two pneumatic cylinders that actuate a clamp which presses the mouth of the bag

against the cylinder outlet of the hopper.

1.2.3 Bigbag inflation system

It consists of a fan blowing over the mouth of hinchándolo sac to allow faster and

homogeneous filling.

To move the machine to its final location, it must raise the points indicated, as shown in Fig. It will rise by slings

with a yield strength greater than 2000 kg.

By raising or displacing by the body height of the machine, the operator must prevent the passage or

permanence of people or objects under these suspended loads. It is also necessary that the machine is not deposited

on other materials or objects, it must always be perfectly deposited on horizontal and capable of supporting its weight

surfaces.

The installation of the machine bodies operating in the area must be made with special care as possible blows

can cause serious damage that jeopardize the proper duty cycle. Upon unpacking operations scrupulously observe the

following:

- After removing the packaging check carefully that no alterations or damage were observed in the components

of the machine.

- If in doubt, stop using the machine and request the assistance of qualified personnel by ARCOMET7 SL.

- During assembly of the machine it is necessary to wear gloves and safety shoes.

- Must avoid stacking objects on the body of the machine, as it is fragile.
