P O L I C Y A N D T E R M SFreightOrder PolicyOrders must be submitted in writing and include correct pricing, requested deliverydate, purchase order number, billing and shipping addresses. Orders with missinginformation may be returned to the customer for completion.

Order acknowledgements are sent to customer upon processing. It is theresponsibility of the customer to review for accuracy upon receipt.

All products on order are scheduled to ship as stated on order acknowledgementunless other arrangements are made and approved in writing, in advance.

Stone Plastics (hereafter referred to as “SP”) will not be held responsible for anyorders that result in incorrect shipments, if they were based upon the informationconfirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Call for minimum order information. Customer is responsible for full lot of materialfor any items that require special order material.

Lead Time - Product ManufacturingLead time for truckload orders will be confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Custom products are available. Lead times vary. Call for additional information.

Lead Time - Transit Time

Delivery Appointments

Special shipping instructions must be clearly stated on the purchase order.Customers requesting advance notice for delivery appointments need to includethis notice when calculating transit time.

Pre-Set Appointments

SP cannot guarantee pre-set appointments for less than truckload (LTL) ortruckload (TL) shipments. Once an LTL shipment reaches the delivering terminal,the LTL carrier will contact the consignee to make an appointment. As a TLshipment is close to the destination, the driver will contact the consignee tomake an appointment.

Back Orders

• Customer is responsible for freight.• Any additions to a back order will be treated as a new order and will

be subject to established order policies.• Orders fulfilled at 90% will be considered complete.• Customer is responsible for payment of drop-ship charges or

re-consignment fees.

Payment TermsNet 30 days upon credit approval.

Discounts taken after allotted time or without proper documentation will result incharge-backs.

PricingPrices as quoted are subject to change without notice or inventory protection andmay be adjusted to prices in effect at time of shipment.

FreightCustomers are responsible for freight on rush or expedited orders.When prices are quoted FOB delivered, SP reserves the right to route shipmentsand to select the method of transportation. If customer requests a more expensivemethod of transportation, customer is responsible for excess transportation costs.

WarrantySP warrants that products shipped will be of merchantable quality and free ofdefects in workmanship. SP makes no warranty of any other kind, expressed orimplied. Customer assumes all risks and results obtained by the use of SPproducts, either singly or in combination with other products. SP’s liability for lossor damage due to the use of seller’s products is limited to the replacement ofproduct only. No representative has the authority to make any guarantee, promiseor agreement except as stated herein.

Return PolicyThe following policy applies only to claims made within 90 days of invoice date.

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns, no exceptions.

• Returns on custom products or labeled items will not be accepted unlessproduct is defective.

• Error in shipping or quality returns: Upon verification of error by SP, creditwill be issued for the purchase price of merchandise and freight. Credits forfreight are subject to review based on preset pricing terms.

• Shortages or merchandise damaged in shipment must be documented onthe receiving bill of lading and reported to SP immediately. SP will processa claim with the freight company if freight arrangements were made by SP.Freight claims are the responsibility of the customer if they made the freightarrangements. Damaged merchandise must be held for disposition by thefreight company.

• Returned merchandise is subject to a restocking charge based on thecondition of returned product. Round trip freight charges are theresponsibility of the customer.

• Any return of merchandise without written authorization will be refused.• RMA is valid for 30 days and will be closed thereafter if no activity.

EquipmentAny equipment (including tools and dies) which SP specifically agrees to constructor acquire for use exclusively in the product manufacturing for the customer willremain the property of Stone Plastics.
