BODY MODEL IRIZAR i6 STANDARD IRIZAR i6 VERSION

1. GENERAL :The IRIZAR MAROC i6 body follows the same manufacturing process as that used by the parentcompany in Spain. It is based on:

• Meet European and international standards in the field of passenger safety and comfort.

• Use in the manufacture of the structure of steel tubes in accordance with the standard

• DIN17100.

• Design which allows easy accessibility to the various components of the chassis as well as thebodywork.

• improved vehicle performance through the front line and the aerodynamic design of theirizar i6 body.

• Adequate human and material resources to provide after-sales service and good qualityfollow-up to our customers.

2. - DIMENSIONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION OF LOADS:The i6 body has the following characteristics:

• Interior height: 2060 mm.

• Overall width: 2550 mm.

• Overall height: 3934 mm.

• Space between seats: See distribution in annex for 54 and 59 optional seats for the 12.92 mlength.

• Total length: 12,900 mm

Through its experience of over 130 years in the field, IRIZAR has put a product in the hands of its customers, which meets the criteria of robustness and rigidity such as the ECE 66 anti-rollover standard.

3. - TUBULAR STRUCTURE AND ANTI-CORROSION PROTECTION:

A very wide range of tubes of different dimensions is used in the manufacture of the irizar i6 body.

For example, the side faces and the roof are mainly made of 60x40x3 and 60x40x2 tubes with arches and diagonals in 40x40x2, 45x45x2 and 40x30x2 tubes ...

A special galvanized steel profile forms the subframe with 40x40x2 and 60x60x4 tube sleepers.

Two important factors make it possible to improve the quality of our welding: The adequate welding process, which is MIG (Metal Inert Gas) with very efficient semi-automatic welding machines and the qualification of our staff perfected by their experience and professional training, its continuous training and frequent and regular quality audit.

The structure undergoes an anti-corrosion exterior treatment with an epoxy paint after cleaning and degreasing. The internal treatment of the structure and the profiles is done by injecting the anticorrosion product "Dinitrol".

4. - TOLERIE:

The elements used in the external coating of the body are:

• ROOF: The front part in polyester and the central and rear part in a single element aluminumsheet 20/10 mm thick.

• SIDES: In Galfan 12/10 mm.

• LUGGAGE BAGS: 25/10 mm aluminum reinforced by structures in aluminum tube.

• FRONT AND REAR PANEL: Reinforced polyester.

• FRONT AND REAR BUMPER: In polyester reinforced by metal structures and inserts.

• FRONT AND BACK: Reinforced polyester.

5. - THERMAL AND ACOUSTIC INSULATION:

The parts exposed to noise and heat are carefully insulated by the use of products and materials allowing to offer maximum comfort and profitability: by reducing noise and the heat emitted by the engine part, as well as by the thermal insulation which covers the entire bodywork (floor, roof, lateral sides, etc.) allowing the interior temperature of the vehicle to be maintained regular for an optimal period thus reducing the consumption of diesel by air conditioning.

6. - DOORS:

Both front and rear passenger doors are electro-pneumatically operated, equipped with a centralized key locking system and an emergency system allowing them to be opened from inside and outside in the event of a mechanism failure. The driver's window is electrically sliding. For a larger volume of bunkers, the possibility of a total length is optional of the 13-meter vehicle.

7. - LUGGAGE AND WHEELHOUSE:

The main luggage compartment is located in the central area below the passenger compartment, with access from both parts of the coach.

All the hatches are made of aluminum as well as their structure allowing an easy handling during the opening. It uses a single key for all the openings.

The baggage compartment hatches are electro pneumatically operated from the cockpit.

The wheel arch flaps are made taking into account the importance of cooling the wheels and brake drums as well as the easy disassembly and assembly of the wheels.

Lifting points are provided to allow the jack to be used.

The vehicle is fitted with a front towing pin and can optionally be fitted with rear hook for trailers.

8. - Windows

Single element windshield made of laminated glass and tinted according to international safety standards.

The side windows and the rear window are tinted and made of safety glass.

The coach is equipped with five emergency hammers to break the windows if necessary.

Two large screen wipers guaranteeing good wiping of the water built in the windshield with three different speeds.

Sun blind for the driver and the electrically operated guide from the dashboard.

9. - SEATS:

The coach comes with 55 reclining seats with cylinder and upholstered in fire-retardant imported velvet with a seat for the guide. (The driver's seat is supplied by the chassis manufacturer).

The seat fixing system complies with European Regulation ECE-80. All the seats are in fabric of the same color and same patterns chosen.

The seats are equipped with wrists, footrests, newspaper carrying nets, with two-point seat belts.

10. – Air Conditioning:

The coach is equipped with a HISPACOLD full air conditioning equipment with automatic temperature control, with a power of 35.5KW and allowing a heating capacity of 32 KW.

The compressor is 660 cm3 and driven directly by the engine using transmission belts.

The condenser and evaporator unit is mounted on the roof. The refrigerant used is freon 134A. Sensors are installed inside the coach to regulate the temperature. It is controlled automatically by the driver using a digital controller installed in the dashboard.

Individual air diffusers are equipped with adjustable air outlet. Anti-fog equipment is installed at the front with sufficient openings for defrosting the windshield.

Two waterproof aerators are provided on the buses, enabling air flow at the windows allocated at the driver and guide side in the event of air conditioning failure.

All heating and defrost water conduction piping is made of crosslinked polyethylene simply called PEX, given its resistance and antifreeze quality as well as its long service life.

11. - AUDIO-VISUAL SYSTEM:

The audio-visual system includes:

• Sound system: DVD radio player with integrated amplifier and USB port and an additionalDVD and two microphones one for the driver (Master) and the second for the guide, withfourteen speakers which are distributed in the coach with two others in addition to the frontfor the driver

• Set of two monitors, a front 21 ’’ and another central 15 ’in the case of the middle door withthe option of mounting a third folding monitor as an option.

• All of the electrical protection equipment (fuses, relays, etc.) is grouped together in the samewatertight and closed box.

• The vehicle can be optionally equipped with a hands-free kit for the driver.

12. REFRIGERATOR:

Irizar i6 coaches are equipped with a refrigerator that is perfectly integrated into the powered dashboard under 24V voltage with the same type of coolant as the air conditioning (R134).

13. BED:The bed is located in the luggage compartment. The bed is equipped with an intercom allowingcommunication with the driving position. It is also equipped with heating and a window forventilation. It is accessible both from the passenger compartment and also from the outside of thepassenger compartment.

14. DRIVER COMPARTMENT:

The driving position is well thought out and neat for maximum ease of eco-driving. As an option, the driver's compartment can be isolated from the interior cabin by a separation system with an access door.

15. - INTERIOR DECORATION:

High-quality ergonomic instrument panel designed in such a way which simplifies the handling and use of the driver.

The interior is decorated with easily washable synthetic materials with the option of different colors.

The carpets of the seats and the curtains have harmonic colors with the interior colors chosen.

16. - ILLUMINATION:

The external illumination is carried out according to European standards in force by incorporating the latest technologies in terms of illumination such as the daytime running lights for better visibility of the vehicle as well as all the external lights are in LED.

Individual reading lights are fitted to each diffuser, with separate lighting spot for the driver and guide.

In addition to the various interior lights (doors, corridor, running boards, etc.), lighting is provided by LEDs along the coach with two different intensities controlled by the driver.

17. - PAINTING AND DECORATION:

The painting process followed at IRIZAR is identical to that used by the parent company with approved products.

The GLASURIT paint used is a German brand which has all the characteristics of resistance to impact, bending, abrasion, weather, fog and humid climate.

The paint system also includes an anti-gravel treatment for the underbody and the wheel arches.

A visualization of the patterns and decoration with the client's logos is done on a computer before apply them according to scale on the coach.
