An army recrultment rally rs scheduled to be conducted at Masimpur Mrlitary Statron from03 December to 08 December 2018 for candidates of four districts of South Assam (Cachar,Hailakandi, Karimganj and Dima Hasao). The event is being held in District Cachar after agap of one year. Hence, a large number of youth are lrkely to atlend. 1 An army recruitment rally is scheduled to be conducted at Masimpui Military Station

from 03 Dec 2018 to 08 Dec 2O1B far candidates of four districts of south Assam

lCachar, Hailakandi, Karimganj and Dima Hasao). The event is being held in District

bachar after a gap of one year. Hence, a large number of youth are likely to attend The

estimated footfall for the duration of the event is approximately 10000-15000 persons

Keeping in view the scale and magnitude of the event, assistance is being soiicited as

mentioned in succeeding Paras.

2. Assista nce Required

(a) Accommodation. Sufficient accommodation for candrdates for stay in

(c) Transport Sufficient pick and drop transport for move of candidates from

Silchar railway station, bus stop to Srikona TCP and return from Kalibari TCP

(d) Siqn Postinq Flex sign posting/banners at Silchar Railway Station, Bus

Stop and other important places indicating date and venue of rally and necessarypublicity through electronic and print media

(e) Secu ritv and traffic Ma naq ement Security arrangements inside andoutside Masimpur Military Station in the vicinity of Srikona TCP and Kalibari TCP.Regulation of vehicular traffic on road Silchar-Badarpur outside Srikona TCP androad Silchar-Kalain outside Kalibari TCP in the vrcinity of Masimpur Military stalionSuitable and adequate strength of police personnel, traffic police personnel,PCR vehicles and essential d ro p-gates/barriers at required locations arerecommended to be deployed alongwith necessary security apparatus round theclock under an officer for protection patrolling and crowd control duties for theduration of the event. Education Departm ent Team A team of education department to bepresent at 0800 hr daily at rally site with effect from 03 Dec 2018 for assistant duringchecking of education certificates of candidates participating in the rally.

U) Toilet Blocks Three (03) temporary bamboo toilet blocks each having srx(06) urinals and two (02) deep trench latrines with 1000/500 litres srntex tank for useby candidates rn marshalling and rallv site.

(k) Photostat and Photoqraoher on Pavment Two (02) Photostat machinesand one (01) photographer with camera and printing facility and adequate stationaryto enable candidates to deposit copies of documents and photos as required at rallysite.
