That the second party has closed the loan by repaying the principle and interest amount of the aforesaid financial assistance (Vide Loan Account Number L9KLR00009112370 A N D L9KLR00008287734 ) under the said Mortgage Deed and has requested the Bank to cancel the said mortgage and release the property described in the schedule herein from the charge created under the said Mortgage Deed.

That the Bank has agreed to release the said property free from all kinds of charge and encumbrances.

The Bank has returned all the title deeds and other documents (Original and Photocopies) pertaining to property described in ihe schedule hereunder to the mortgagor and the Mortgagor has acknowledged the Receipt of the same and the second party does hereby acknowledge the receipt of all the documents and confirm that there is nothing outstanding from or payable by the Bank.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH;

In Pursuance of the request by the second party the Bank hereby releases the property described in the schedule herein below in favour of the second party from the charge created under the said Mortgaged Deed.
