Visi & Misi Visi merupakan sesuatu yang didambakan untuk
dimiliki dimasa depan (what do they want to have), Visi menggambarkan aspirasi masa depan tanpa menspesifikasi cara-cara untuk mencapainya, visi yang efektif adalah visi yang mampu membangkitkan inspirasi
Misi adalah bentuk yang didambakan di masa depan (what do they want to be). Misi merupakan sebuah pernyataan yang menegaskan visi lewat pilihan bentuk atau garis besar jalan yang akan diambil untuk sampai pada visi yang telah lebih dulu dirumuskan. Keduanya tidak memiliki dimensi ukur kuantitatif (persentase, besaran waktu, dll).
