Dialog 1

In the hospital have a patient name is Ms. Mega, she was treated for 5 days with problem chills, nausea, vomiting. She diagnosis is Dengue High Fever (DHF), she conditions is getting well now. To ascertain the condition of the patient nurse will conduct a survey measures vital signs and blood specimen One morning nurse apri come to ward Dahlia. He will do vital signs for the patient Ms. Mega. Before it he come to the ward leader room to ask for permission.(apri knocking the door)

Nurse Apri : assalamualaikum, good morning nurse rendi?

The Ward Leader: waalaikumussalam, morning. How can I help you nurse apri?

Nurse Apri: this morning patient Ms. Mega scheduled to do vital signs, i want to do it nurse. Are you premitted?The Ward Leader: yes, I permitted. Do with correct procedure and if you done please report for me.

Nurse Apri: ok nurse. Thanks for your permission. excuse me I want to prepare tool before it. good morning..

The Ward Leader: yes, your welcome..

Nurse Apri: morning Ms. Mega? How are you today?Ms. Mega: morning, nurse. I feel good than yesterday.

Nurse Apri: ok. The first I will chek your pulse and your respiration, please follow my instruction Ms. Mega?

Ms. Mega: yes, nurse.

Nurse Apri: excuse me. Ms. Mega please give me your right hand.

Ms. Mega: yes, nurse.

(nurse apri check pulse and respiration)

Nurse Apri: ok, Im done chek your pulse and your respiration, now I want to check your temperature and blood preassure. Please lie down on the bed Ms. Mega, then please roll your arm of cloths to up.Ms. Mega:ok, nurse.

Nurse Apri: now, I want to insert this termometer in to your arm. Ok. Ms. Mega waiting for the result I want to check your blood preassure. Please give me your left hand.

Ms. Mega: ok, nurse.

Nurse Apri: i will be installing tensimeter in your arm.(nurse apri check blood preassure and temperature and now he is done check all vital sign)Nurse Apri: ok Ms. Mega Im done check your vital sign. Mom Ms. Mega: how the condition my son, nurse?

Nurse Apri: the results have started well mom. Ms. Mega temperatures is 37(C, respiration is 18 for minute, and Ms. Mega pulse is 75 for minute, blood preassure is 120/80 mmHg. Mom. Ms Mega: thanks for your information nurse. Im worried with my son.

Condition Ms. Mega continued get well, the leader of ward command nurse arif to take blood specimen.The ward Leader: Nurse arif, please you take blood specimen for patient Ms. Mega in room 5?

Nurse Arif: yes nurse. (nurse arif prepare the tool and come to the patient room)

Nurse Arif: Good afternoon Ms. Mega, how do you feel today?

Ms. Mega: I feel is better nurse.

Nurse: its good. Im nurse Arif which duty today from 08.00-14.00 pm with nurse Apri. Do you know nurse Apri Ms. Mega?

Ms. Mega:yes I know nurse. He come to my room do vital signs latterly.

Nurse Arif: ok. Now I will take blood specimen to check your condition Ms. Mega. You just follow my instruction. Time for it is 5 minute. Ms. Mega: but Im afraid nurse, is it will hurt? Nurse Arif: Dont be afraid Ms. Mega, it's just like an ant bite.
