Business Concept Kindo21 member provides:

– Knowledge– Venture Funds

The venture funds are used to finance ICT infrastructures, which consist of:– Hardware computer and internet– Software application– Brainware operator

The ICT is utilized to provide services to SME members, managed & operated by a service operator. The service operator is replicated using franchise scheme

The SME members are benefited by economy of scales for using common ICT infrastructure. By using ICT & mentoring, SME gets the same system as bigger firms that includes formal management reports and management alerts

Kindo21 member provides mentoring and knowledge to SME member. SBGR will arrange trainings and technical assistant to help SME members

SME members pay the economy of scale allow SME member to afford services that are provided by Kindo21 members and ICT operator and share profit from using venture funds

Using historical SME member performance data, SBGR provides credit rating to increase lending position for the benefit of SME member

SBGR encourages fair trade labeling to enhance SME member’s competitive edge SBGR owned SME member’s transaction data and related business information to be used to

enhance the way of doing business and innovation

Organization and Entities SBGR (Sentra Bisnis Gotong Royong)

– Entity form: PT with open share holders unlimited share holders (like PT Tbk but the shares are not traded) need about min 300 shareholders

– All shareholders suppose to work together in any part of SBGR pools Pool of Funds include loans, grants and technical assistant (TA) programs

– No entity form maintained and managed by SBGR– SBGR acts as disbursement channel

Pool of Mentors– Possible group entity form: a sector club or an area club– Purpose: sharing and improve mentor’s knowledge and skills

Service Provider maybe owned by an individual or a Co-operative of SME– Possible group entity form: a sector club or an area club– Purpose: sharing organization learning

Pool of SMEs– Possible group entity form: a club of SME or a co-operative of SME– Purpose: forming service provider (self financed by SMEs) and as economic of scale

to buy and sell, sharing information and knowledge among them

– to Kindo21 member: business concept to be share holders or mentors– to SMEs: operational & benefit concept applications, reports, benefits, etc– to Funders & Aiders: economic concept returns, economic multiplier effects, etc– to Service Providers: income concept getting continues income– attract all parties to join or take part in any SBGR pools

Phase 3 – Setting Up Pilot Service Provider (2 months) Engage agreement with ICT application provider to use their applications for

Service Provider and SBGR Central Database SBGR invest in hardware and working capital of operators (staffs) to form a

Service Provider– Hardware includes: computer, internet connection, printer– Service Provider’s back office space not necessary in high profile area– Staffing of 2-3 person for data posting and mentors management & scheduling

SBGR invest in hardware and office infrastructures for central & backup database– Front office negotiation with funders, buyers, and suppliers for the benefit of

SMEs, meeting place of mentors, etc– Back office SBGR operation, central & backup database, workshop & development

Seeking target SME to join the club in one defined area of service provider operation either in one sector or multiple sectors

Co-exist with Powerful Group Philosophy: co-exist we shall live side by side and when possible hand in

hand Powerful group might have their own SMEs subsidiaries, which also became an

SBGR target. SBGR provides professional services and technical assistance, SME member are

the one that we help, including SMEs from Powerful Group or under influence of Powerful Group. We help them to grow, as when they grow they will provide better return to the Powerful Group.

On the other side, we might seek their help (the Powerful Group) to open up market for other SME members and secure their distribution lines and channels.
