Because of the international projects many organizations around theworld have been adapted to the new environmental conditions in which
they work, determined by the phenomenon of globalization.Communication tools and electronic data transformation have paved
the way for the creation of project teams virtually. This allows teammembers to work together regardless of their location or historical,
cultural, educational, and socio-political differences.

Employees who work in remote projects can also improve employee retention andhappiness, thus attracting more qualified candidates
The objective is to provide reliability for team workers to improve their work and lifebalance while eradicating negative impacts on project management.
Remote working can improve productivity when that balance is achieved.

Handling team members who are working virtually is an extremely challenging job formost of the managers.
In order to get the best of their work, a clear communication routine must beestablished, and steps must be taken to build trust and review to make sure that theteam members are working properly.
The project management team should form a schedule for meeting in order to reporttheir updates regularly.
