DEFINISI

Pengertian “Proyek “adalah kegiatan yang bersifat tidak rutin untuk membangun Fasilitas Produksi atau Peralatan yang menghasilkan sesuatu yang spesifik/unik dengan batasan waktu mulai dan akhir yang ditetapkan sebelumnya dimana merupakan gabungan sumber daya seperti manusia, material, peralatan dan modal/biaya yang dihimpun dalam suatu wadah organisasi sementara untuk mencapai sasaran dan tujuan. (Ref. PTK 007)

Pengertian “Fasilitas Produksi” adalah suatu tempat /wadah dimana didalamnya terdapat satu atau lebih mata rantai proses pengolahan Migas untuk mendapatkan produksi Migas tertentu. (Ref. PTK 007)

Pengertian “Peralatan” adalah merupakan bagian/ komponen utama/ komponen penting/ komponen kritikal dari Fasilitas Produksi yang mendukung proses pengolahan Migas untuk mendapatkan produksi Migas tertentu. (Ref. PTK 007)

Pengertian “Bagian/komponen utama/penting/kritikal” adalah apabila fungsi atau keberadaannya berpengaruh langsung terhadap proses pengolahan Migas. (Ref. PTK 007)

Pengertian “Umur Ekonomis” adalah proyeksi masa penggunaan fasilitas (dimaksud) berdasarkan persetujuan proyek. (Ref. SK 043/ 2009)

Pengertian “Kelalaian Kontraktor KKS” adalah tindakan atau perbuatan yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai Gross Negligence atau Willful Misconduct. (Ref. SK 043/ 2009)
