Konsep Dasar Open Cut allows you to: • Mensimulasikan suatu desain tambang untuk tahapan short-term production operations & long-term feasibility studies • Menggunakan Minescape CAD tools untuk visualise dan Graphically. Dengan sistem perhitungan reserve yang dapat memastikan Vol ton dan Grades, sehingga setiap komponen dapat dihitung secara akurat dengan menggunakan software selain minescape.

STARTING OPEN CUT PROJECT

1. Open Design file Block2. Create New layer (ex: Polygon)3. Copy duplicate polygon sheet/boundary area project to layer polygon

there are 2 ways to make boundary polygon; first using poly sheet togenerate batter block over all of the area project; and the second using

contour oratio and this way means only this area will be generate block4. Copy duplicate subcrop of lower seam that to be mined5. Create 2 line parallel with subcrop line which cover project area ( this line

will be used as reference to the generate strip)6. Create 2 line which across the first line ( this line will be used as

reference to generate block)7. Create Side definition for High wall, side wall and low wall using :

Minescape explorer Spec Create Spec category : Side8. Tag each side of the polygon boundary using menu Strip_Design Tag

Design Segments (for example : high wall using hw55, side wall usingsw55 and low wall using lw30).
