Lampiran 1: Lembar Kuesioner
PROGRAM CSR INDOSAT “SATUKAN CINTA NEGRI”
CSR atau corporate social responsibility merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab perusahaan
untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan komunitas. Sejak tahun 2009 Indosat telah
menjalankan CSR dengan tema “Satukan Cinta Negri” yang merupakan bentuk tanggung
jawab Indosat sebagai perusahaan di Indonesia yang peduli dengan kesejahteraan
masyarakat dan lingkungan. Berikut ini merupakan 5 bentuk aktifitas Indosat dalam
melaksanakan program “Satukan Cinta Negri”.
Aktivitas yang dilakukan Indosat
Mengadakan workshop peningkatan kompetensi memberikan beasiswa
bagi guru-guru SMA & MA di 33 provinsi di Indonesia.
Mengadakan kompetisi pengembangan teknologi nirkabel (wireless).
Membangun dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Aceh pasca
Tsunami.
Memberikan pelayanan kesehatan gratis sejak tahun 2007 melalui mobil
klinik keliling yang tersebar di 8 kota di Indonesia, khususnya untuk Ibu
hamil dan anak-anak.
Menggunakan tenaga alternatif untuk mengantisipasi kelangkaan bahan
bakar seperti sinar matahari, angin dan biofuel yang berbahan dasar
kelapa sawit dan biji jarak di Bali dan Lombok, dan memberikan bantuan
perlatan pengepresan biji jarak untuk 25 kelompok tani.
Melakukan penanaman pohon di beberapa daerah di Indonesia sejak tahun
2008. Sampai saat ini pohon yang ditanam di Lombok, Blora dan di
daerah waduh Jatiluhur berjumlah lebih dari 250.000 pohon.
Memberikan bantuan kepada korban bencana seperti Tim SAR, makanan
dan obat-obatan.
Mengajak pelanggan untuk bersama-sama memberikan donasi bantuan
untuk korban bencana.
Memberikan bantuan tanggap darurat bagi korban bencana dan juga
kegiatan pembinaan komunitaas di daerah yang rawan terjadi bencana,
seperti tsunami, banjir, dan longsor.
