KETENTUAN PERTANDINGAN

(TERMS OF COMPETITION)

1. PERATURAN GOLF / RULES OF GOLF Turnamen junior ini akan dimainkan mengacu kepada Peraturan Golf yang diberlakukan oleh the R&A Rules Limited & the USGA yang terkini, Hardcard PGI 2020, Ketentuan Kompetisi serta Peraturan Setempat Tambahan yang dibuat oleh Komite untuk seluruh pertandingan. Seluruh pertanyaan yang timbul pada penyelenggaraan pertandingan ini harus diajukan kepada Komite dan akan diselesaikan oleh KOmite tersebut, yang segala keputusannya bersifat final dan mengikat. The tournament will be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf approved by The R&A Rules Limited and the USGA, Hardcard PGI 2020, additional Term of Competition and Local Rules approved by the Organizing Committee. Disputes, if any, will be settled by the Organizing Committee, and a decision made by the Organizing Committee will be final 2. KEABSAHAN / ELIGIBILITY Turnamen Golf Junior ini terbuka untuk semua pegolf amatir junior yang belum mencapai ulang tahun ke-19 pada tanggal 14 Maret 2020. IJG Premier League 2, 2020 is open to all junior golfers who have not reached 19 years old on March 14, 2020 and similarly for their age groups. All players must be an amateur in accordance with the rules of amateur status as approved by the R&A Rules Limited and the United States Golf Association. 3. FORMAT PERTANDINGAN / FORMAT Pertandingan akan dilakukan dengan format stroke play, tanpa memakai handicap (GROSS / Scratch) 54 holes untuk kelas A, B Putera dan Puteri dan 36 holes untuk kelas C, D Putera dan Puteri 54 holes stroke play format for Boy and Girl players who are 13 years old and above (Class A & B). The rest will play 36 holes. 4. TEES Putera (Boys) Tee Box Jarak

Note: Apabila jumlah peserta kurang dari 6 orang di salah satu kelompok umur diatas, maka panitia berhak membuat kebijaksanaan secara mutlak menggabungkan pemain untuk bermain di setiap kelompok umurnya atau kelompok umur lain. 6. PENGHARGAAN / AWARDS

Medal / Trophy will be awarded to:

a. Champion of each age class, Boys and Girls

b. 1st and 2nd Runner-Ups of each age class, Boys and Girls

c. All winners will be given Certificate of Achievement

Note: Trophies will be awarded to the Champion and 2 runner-ups of all classes. If the participant is less than 6 players, the prize will adjust the number of participants.

7. RONDE LATIHAN / PRACTICE ROUND

Tidak ada ronde latihan resmi, bagi seluruh peserta Junior diberikan fasilitas latihan setiap hari (Senin sampai Minggu) dengan harga khusus Rp. 300.000,- (incl cart/buggy) by registration, dengan menunjukkan identitas diri atau kartu Klub Junior.

There is no official practice round, for all junior participants may use the facilities everyday (Monday to Sunday) with a special rate IDR 300.000,- (Incl. cart/buggy)by registration, by showing a self-identity or Junior Club Card

8. WAKTU START DAN PENGELOMPOKAN / TIME STARTING AND GROUPING

Komite akan membuat daftar kelompok pada hari pertama dan selanjutnya daftar kelompok untuk hari kedua akan dibuat berdasarkan hasil rangking skor individual pada hari pertama dan peserta harus memulai startnya sesuai kelompok dan waktu yang ditentukan

Komite berhak mengubah pengelompokan (drawing) apabila diperlukan

Setiap pemain hendaknya memastikan waktu startnya masing-masing dari daftar pengelompokan yang diterbitkan Komite dan siap 10 (sepuluh) menit sebelum waktu start di tee masing-masing

Committee will prepare the drawing on the first day and the drawing for the next day will be arranged based on the rank of the score

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to vary the draw list and starting times

On the days of the tournament, players should register at the tournament desk 30 minutes before their starting time

9. CADDIES

Players are only allowed caddies that are provided by the Organizing Committee

Players are allowed to receive assistance from a caddie, but it is limited to the use of only one caddie

For 13-14 years old and 15-18 years old categories, caddie is not allowed to be on the green area

10. ALAT PENGUKUR JARAK / DISTANCE MEASURING DEVICE

Penggunaan range finder atau alat pengukur jarak lain yang sejenis hanya boleh digunakan untuk kategori

A dan B Putera dan Puteri (yang bermain 54 holes) dalam pertandingan ini. Penggunaannya hanya

diperbolehkan untuk mengukur jarak saja (tidak diperbolehkan untuk mengukur kondisi lainnya seperti

kecepatan angina tau slope lapangan)

The use of range finder or other similar distance measuring devices is permitted only for players that are in

the A - B Boys and Girls category, but the use of Slope feature (if existing) is prohibited.

11. KESAMAAN SKOR (TIES)

Bila terjadi kesamaan skor, maka pemenangnya akan ditentukan dengan membandingkan kartu

skor hari terakhir (count back system):

- 18 (delapan belas) hole terakhir, yang lebih kecil memang, sekiranya masih sama, melihat

- 9 (sembilan) hole terakhir, hole 10-18, yang lebih kecil menang, sekiranya masih sama,

melihat

- 6 (enam) hole terakhir, hole 13-18, yang lebih kecil menang, sekiranya masih sama, melihat

- 3 (tiga) hole terakhir 16-18, yang lebih kecil menang, sekiranya masih sama, melihat

- Hole 18, yang lebih kecil menang, sekiranya masih sama, maka Komite akan memutuskan

agar para pemain yang seri akan di adu putt.

Ties will be settled based on a count back system as follows: a. Last 18 holes, if a tie still persists, then, b. Last 9 holes, if a tie still persists, then, c. Last 6 holes, if a tie still persists, then, d. Last 3 holes, if a tie still persists, then, e. Hole 18, if a tie still persists, then the Committee will settle the tie with putting match play.

12. TRANSPORTATION

Semua peserta dan caddie di haruskan menggunakan cart/buggy sepanjang pertandingan

All players and caddies are required to use buggy (mandatory) throughout the competition.

14. MARKER

A “marker” is one who is appointed by the Committee to record a competitor’s score in stroke play. He may

be a fellow-competitor. He is not a referee.

Caddie is not allowed to be a “Marker”

Player takes full responsibilities upon marking.

15. CARA BERPAKAIAN / DRESS CODE

Semua peserta diwajibkan berpakaian sepantasnya sesuai aturan lokal lapangan dan menggunakan sepatu

khusus golf dengan soft spike.

It is the responsibility of each player to be aware of and abide by, the Dress Code. Players should observe reasonable, inoffensive manner of dress allowing for tropical condition. Sports shirts with collar, golf shirts, golf skirts or long trousers, golf Bermudas, and proper golf shoes must be worn. The wearing of jeans on the course will not be permitted. Only soft spike golf shoes are allowed. 16. PERSELISIHAN & BANDING / DISPUTES AND DOUBTFUL POINTS

Setiap perselisihan yang timbul saat turnamen harus diajukan/naik banding kepada Komite secepatnya setelah penyelesaian suatu ronde

Penalti berupa diskualifikasi pada kasus luar biasa bisa saja diabaikan, dimodifikasi atau dijatuhkan oleh Komite

Any dispute or doubtful point on the Rules must be referred to the Committee, whose decision is final.

A penalty of disqualification may in exceptional individual cases be waived, modified or imposed if

the Committee considers such action warranted.

17. GANTI RUGI DAN KEWAJIBAN / LOSSES AND LIABILITIES

Locker tersedia untuk menyimpan alat-alat dan barang-barang berharga.

Penyelenggara, komite dan Management Golf Course tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan,

kerusakan ataupun kerugian yang terjadi pada setiap peserta pertandingan selama

keikutsertaannya dalam turnamen ini.

Golf bag tidak dapat disimpan di Golf Course, di sarankan untuk di bawa pulang

Locker is provided in the club house to store equipments and valuables.

Committee, and Management will not responsible for any losses during the event.

Golf bag is not allowed to be kept by the club house.

19. INFORMASI UMUM / INFORMATION

Pertanyaan tentang Peraturan Golf, Ketentuan Pertandingan dan Peraturan Setempat harus

ditujukan kepada Direktur Pertandingan (Tournament Director), Chief Referee atau para Wasit

(Referee)

Dalam keadaan luar biasa, Komite berhak merubah Ketentuan Pertandingan

Setiap peserta dianggap telah membaca dan mengerti Peraturan dan Ketentuan Pertandingan

Komite berhak mendiskualifikasi seorang kompetitor yang memberi keterangan palsu di formulir

pendaftaran

Salinan peraturan setempat (Local Rules) akan dipampang di papan pengumuman dan dapt diminta

pada petugas pendaftaran.
