PENTINGNYA PELATIHAN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DALAM SUATU PERUSAHAAN !!!
Pelatihan (Training) adalah suatu kewajiban bagi perusahaan (UU no. 13 tahun 2003 pasal 9 s/d 30). Apalagi bagi perusahaan dengan karyawan diatas 100 orang, maka pemerintah sangat mewajibkan untuk diadakan pelatihan baik internal maupun eksternal (Kepmenaker no. 261 tahun 2004). KHusus untuk pertambangan, hal ini diperkuat oleh Kepmen ESDM no. 555 tahun 1995 pasal 28.Lalu dalam permen ESDM no. 06 tahun 2007, dijelaskan kompetensi yang dimaksud adalah dalam bidang K3, Komunikasi, Motivasi dan Management.Perusahaan juga wajib menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) berdasarkan kepmen no. 05 tahun 1996 dan UU no. 13 tahun 2003 pasal 87.Perusahaan juga wajib memberikan APD kepada karyawannya sesuai yang diamanatkan UU no. 1 tahun 1970 dan diatur oleh permenaker no. 8 tahun 2010 tentang APD.Perusahaan wajib menerapkan SMK3 berdasarkan permenaker no.5 tahun 1996, UU no.13 tahun 2003 dan diperbaharuioleh Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) no.50 tahun 2012.Keuntungan memberikan training dan juga sertifikasi kepada karyawan adalah karyawan menjadi lebih trampil, lebih aware terhadap bahaya ditempat kerja dan otomatis mengurangi angka kecelakaan kerja. Dengan berkurangnya angka kecelakaan kerja, berarti memperbesar profit perusahaan.Kerugiannya adalah apabila tidak punya sertifikat training dan terjadi insiden, maka semua kesalahan ditimpakan kepada perusahaan. Tetapi, jika memiliki sertifikat training, maka dapat disimpulkan terjadi human error ataupun kesalahan dipihak karyawan, sehingga perusahaan terhindar dari sanksi dari pemerintah.

Tetapi, jika memiliki sertifikat training, maka dapat disimpulkan terjadi human error ataupun kesalahan dipihak karyawan, sehingga perusahaan terhindar dari sanksi dari pemerintah.
