Study the dialogue below

Mr. Budi : What are you doing, Annie?

Annie : Im typing a letter, sir. Its a letter you are waiting for.

Mr. Budi : Oh, yes. Yes, its very important. Oh, look out!

Annie : Where?

Mr. Budi : Look at that! Right there no, no, Im sorry. Its all right. Go ahead. WhatsJenny doing?

Annie : She is checking the outgoing correspondence.

Mr. Budi : Well, and what are Farid and Amat doing?

Annie : They are preparing the room for the meeting.

Mr. Budi : And that new clerk? What is his name?

Annie : Nurdin. He is taking his coffee break. What do you want Mr. Budi?

Mr. Budi : Im looking for someone to take dictation.
