Dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa Perhimpunan Ahli Teknologi Pangan Indonesia (PATPI) bekerjasama dengan SEAFAST Center – LPPM IPB, dan Departemen Ilmu dan Teknologi Pangan – FATETA IPB akan menyelenggarakan PATPI – SEAFAST International Conference bertemakan “Science – based Ingredients : The Future for Food in Asia” (leaflet terlampir). Konferensi ini diselenggarakan bersamaan dengan kegiatan Food Ingredient Asia (FIA) 2018. Kegiatan tersebut akan diselenggarakan pada :

30 August 2018. Selection of the winners will be made after all finalists have presented their work
in front of expert panels on 3 October 2018.

Paper Competition 2018 -GSRPC 2018-
Call for Papers Indonesian Association of Food Technologist (IAFT/PATPI) in conjunction with Food Ingredients Asia 2018 are organizing the Annual Meeting of IAFT and International Conference “Science-
based Ingredients:The Future for Food in Asia” on 3–5 October 2018 in Jakarta, Indonesia. In
order to increase the graduate students’s participation in this international conference,
IAFT/PATPI organizes the “Graduate Student Research Paper Competition (GSRPC) 2018”. The purposes of this competition are (i) to cultivate the outstanding food science and
technology researchers conducted by graduate students, (ii) to promote the development of food science and technology program in Indonesia, and (iii) to select the Indonesian graduate student representing in the best graduate paper competition in ASEAN level.
Paper must be a research paper (not including review paper) and conducted by graduate student as a part of his/her thesis or dissertation.
Full paper must be written in English, in form of MS. Word (.doc or .docx) following the writing guidelines of Jurnal Teknologi & Industri Pangan (JTIP) http://journal.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jtip/article/view/8419/PDF .
At least one author must be a member of PATPI. The full paper (.doc or .docx), and participant’s CV (signed by supervisor, pdf format) should be sent no later than
