Listing of Company’s shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, to add the production capacity installed to be 18,000 metric tons per annum, and achieved ISO 9001:2000 on Certificate for Quality Management System Standards Compliance.

The Company performed Limited Public Offering I -Issuance of Pre-emptive Rights to acquire Chemical Brothers Limited which directly and indirectly owns 100% shares of PT LotteChemical Titan Nusantara (LCTN).

2008Perusahaan melaksanakan proses penawaran tender atas saham Perusahaan yang dimiliki oleh publik dengan harga Rp. 132,00. |

The Company performs a tender offering of Company's shares owned by public with price IDR 132.

Perluasan bidang usaha dari produksi menjadi importir dan distributor produk BOPP Film. |

Expansion of line business from production to importer and distributor of BOPP Film Product.

2011Penambahan jenis produk impor dan distribusi antara lain Polietilena, Polipropilena, dan Etilena. |

Additional of import and distribution products such as Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and Ethylene.

2012Perubahan nama Perusahaan menjadi PT Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk dan mulai melakukankegiatan impor dan distribusiproduk Polietilena danPolipropilena. |

The Company changed its name to be PT Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk and starts importing and distribution of Polyethylene and Polypropylene products.

2013Dalam rangka perampingan struktur GrupPerusahaan, Perusahaan saat ini memilikisecara langsung saham LCTN sebesar99,85%|

With the Group Company structure streamlining, the Company currently owns directly 99.85% shares of LCTN.
