Dengan posisi sinar horizontal posisi prone dan supine terlihat cascade / air fluid level multiple membentuk gambaran step leader . Dinding lumen usus menebal dengan tanda pneumatisasi. Psoas line kanan dan kiri tidak jelas. Terlihat lesi radiolusen tersebar di cavum abdoment terutama segmen superior / curiga udara bebas intra peritoneal. Kesan : Curiga tanda peritonitis dan udara bebas intra peritoneal serta gambaran obstruktif dd/ NEC necrotizing entero colitis .
