Cost Management REVISI

1. RESOURCE PLANNING

Dalam menentukan sebuah project, maka diperlukan apa resource dan berapa

jumlah yang dibutuhkan untuk menjalankan kegiatan project ini. Resource yang akan

digunakan dalam SEAFE Project terdiri dari 3 macam yaitu man, machine, dan material.

Berikut ini merupakan tabel yang menunjukan resource planning dari SEAFE PROJECT.

2. COST ESTIMATION

Untuk mendapatkan cost estimation dari setiap resource yang berupa man,

material, dan machine, maka metode cost estimation yang digunakan adalah metode

analogi. Metode analogi ini digunakan untuk membandingkan cost suatu benda

dengan cost benda lain yang sama/ setipe. Cost dari man, material, dan machine ini

dibandingkan dengan informasi serupa yang didapatkan dari berbagai referensi yang

didapatkan dari media internet.

3. COST BUDGETING

Setelah mengetahui resource planning dan cost estimating, tahap yang

selanjutnya dilakukan adalah membuat budget dari biaya yang dibutuhkan. Oleh

karena itu, digunakan Kurva S untuk menentukan total komulatif biaya yang

dibutuhkan untuk menjalankan project SEAFE ini.

Berdasarkan tabel 1.7 dan tabel 1.8, maka didapatkan data yang digunakan

untuk mendapatkan S-Curve dari SEAFE Project ini. S-Curve dari SEAFE Project

dapat dilihat pada Gambar 1.1 berikut ini.

Gambar 1.1 diatas merupakan S-Curve dari SEAFE Project yang akan berjalan selama 2

tahun. S-Curve disajikan dalam satuan per minggu untuk memudahkan pemantauan biaya

selama proyek berlangsung. Pada minggu ke-65, grafik terlihat cenderung stabil. Hal ini

dikarenakan biaya yang dikeluarkan mulai minggu ke-65 cenderung kecil apabila

dibandingkan dengan biaya komulatif total sehingga grafik terlihat stabil.

Gambar 1.2 diatas menunjukan cashflow dari project SEAFE. Peningkatan

biaya mulai terlihat meningkat tajam di quarter 2 dikarenakan aktivitas-aktivitas yang

membutuhkan cost yang cukup besar terletak pada quarter 2.

4. COST CONTROL

Dalam membuat biaya suatu project, biaya diatas merupakan biaya yang

terjadi apabila tidak ada yang berubah dalam masing-masing aktivitas. Akan tetapi

dalam kenyataannya, project dapat mempunyai optimistic dan pesimistic cost yang

dalam kasus ini diberikan nilai + 25% dari nilai most likely cost untuk pesimistic cost

dan – 10% dari nilai most likely cost untuk optimistic cost.

Setelah diketahui baseline cost tiap minggu dari SEAFE Project maka

selanjutnya akan ditentukan optimistic cost dan pesimistic cost. Pada optimistic cost

ditentukan bahwa cost yang akan digunakan sebesar 90 % dari baseline cost.

Optimistic cost ini menandakan bahwa cost minimal yang dibutuhkan untuk

menjalankan SEAFE Project. Sedangkan pada pesimistic cost, cost akan dilebihkan

25% dari baseline cost yang ada. Pesimistic cost ini merupakan budget biaya

maksimal yang dibutuhkan SEAFE Project. Pesimistic cost mempunyai range yang

lebih besar daripada optimistic cost dikarenakan dalam menjalankan proyek, biaya

yang dibutuhkan lebih sering membengkak dibandingkan adanya saving dalam suatu

proyek. Oleh karena itu, range untuk pesimistic cost akan lebih besar dibandingkan

range optimistic cost. Setelah didapatkannya baseline cost, pesimistic cost dan

optimistic cost maka biaya ini yang akan dijadikan patokan dalam cost control saat

menjalankan SEAFE Project
