7.2. Perhitungan Isolat Protein Spirulina platensis

Efisiensi isolat protein dihitung berdasarkan perbandingan berat isolat protein

yang telah dikeringkan dengan freeze dryer dengan berat Spirulina platensis

kering sebelum dilakukan ekstraksi. Angka yang digunakan merupakan hasil berat

isolat protein dari 1 batch percobaan dengan 3 kali ulangan.

Jumlah sampel kering = 1 gram

Berat isolat kering (gram) = 0,915 + 0,823 + 0,871 = 2,609

Rata-rata berat isolat protein = 2,609

7.4. Perhitungan Penambahan Isolat Protein Spirulina platensis

Penambahan isolat protein Spirulina platensis menggunakan asumsi berat badan

maksimal tikus pada saat pemilihan adalah 150gram dan akan disonde setiap hari

masing-masing tikus 3,5ml. Selain itu asumsi 150gram buah adalah 150ml

sehingga pembuatan sorbet akan menghasilkan 200ml sorbet buah naga merah.

Berat badan tikus maksimal pada saat pemilihan 150gram.
