WHY SLOVENIA?Foreign direct investment (FDI) is equally important to Slovenia’s economic growth as it is for global GDP and jobs worldwide. The Slovenian government has been working on improving the environment to attract quality business to the country and, in turn, create new jobs. For Slovenia as an FDI location quality has always been its core value and its cutting edge. Attention to quality runs in the blood of its people and in combination with vocational and university education makes the country’s workforce often No. 1 reason to invest in Slovenia.

NATURA MISTICA ECO RESORTThe Natura Mistica Eco Resort is completely overtaken by nature, offering a diverse setof natural habitats and experiences. This is a rare opportunity to develop a touristdestination in the buildable area in the middle of a natural park by the lake.
The investment would provide the visitor with experiences of nature, peace and theappropriate level of tourist service in line with glamping trends and market demand.
8.802 m2 of building land for tourist infrastructure is offered to future investor(s). Also, theland comes with extra 58.305 m2 of the body of water and woodland. These are intendedfor the campsite, while the artificial lake can be restructured for swimming or used forwater activities with smaller boats with oars and paddleboards.
The neighbouring 16.320 m2 woodland is also owned by the Municipality of Apače andoffers interesting possibilities for sustainable and green tourism in untouched nature, suitable for various outdoor events and activities. The Municipality also has a conceptualdesign – glamping facilities for this area – that can nevertheless be changed according toinvestors’ plans and wishes.
