MEETING NO. 21
The IQAC convened a meeting on 8th July 2019 at. 2.30 pm in the college conference
hall. The meeting was chaired by Dr. V.N. Bhosale, Principal, and it began with invocation by
Dr.Vijay Matkar, the IQAC coordinator. The following were the faculties who attended the

Minutes of IQAC Meeting:
1. Welcome Address by the Principal :
The Principal offered a warm welcome to all the members. He further stated that this is the
first meeting of the Academic year 2019-20. The year would be full of opportunities; she
assured that all the members jointly promised to work in coordination for the overall growth
and development of the College.
2. Academic Calendar :
Dr Vijay Matkar in the meeting presented the Academic calendar for the year 2019-20. She
informed the members that it is drawn in coordination with the University calendar. After
discussions and minor corrections, it was approved and adopted.
3. Organization of more Students centric activities:
Principal Dr V.N. Bhosale requested to organize more and more student’s centric activities
like Study Tours, Industrial Visits, and Placement camps for attracting students to our
College.
4. Approval status of new programs:
The Principal informed the members that the college preparing the proposals for new PG
programs like MSC (Computer) and M.Com from the current academic year
5. ICT Class Rooms:
Dr. Matkar V.D. IQAC coordinator, suggested in the meeting to provide ICT based facilities
for all departments to improved teaching techniques.

The IQAC convened a meeting on 10th Oct. 2019 at. 1.30 pm in the college conference
hall. The meeting was chaired by Dr. V.N. Bhosale the Principal, and it began with invocation by

Minutes of IQAC Meeting:
1. Welcome Address given by the Principal Dr. V. Bhosale
2. Dr. Vijay Matkar, IQAC Coordinator, presents Aims and Objects of IQAC to promote the
Excellence in academic and infrastructural development of the college.
3. IQAC Coordinator sugest to all departments to Plan for best practices for student extra
curriculum upliftment
4. IQAC Coordinator suggested to chairperson to allocate Budget for Research Activities
5. Principle Dr. V. Bhosale decided to arrange Weekly Staff Meetings for departmental
progress
6. IQAC Coordinator focus on the provision for maintenance College Website
7. The meeting was concluded with a Vote of Thanks to the Chair.
