Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan HAM Nomor M.HH-42.KP.08.05 Tahun 2018 Tentang Penetapan Pelayanan Publik Berbasis HAM terdapat 7 UPT di Kanwil Kemenkumham Yogyakarta yang mendapatkan penghargaan Pelayanan Publik Berbasis HAM dari Menteri Hukum dan HAM pada puncak peringatan Hari HAM Sedunia tahun 2018 yaitu :
