Pemasaran adalah suatu sistem keseluruhan dari kegiatan bisnis yang ditujukan untuk merencanakan (produk), menentukan harga, mempromosikan dan mendistribusikan barang dan jasa yang memuaskan kebutuhan, baik kepada pembeli yang ada maupun pembeli potensial.
