According to information prepared by SHA, the Russell Duncan House, located at 1675 MD 2/4 Solomons Island Rd., Prince Frederick vicinity, does not meet any of the National Register Criteria for listing. The simple frame farmhouse was constructed in the early years of the 20th century and does not appear to embody distinctive characteristics of a type, period or method of construction or possess high artistic value. It is not located in any known historic district.
