Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia nomor 16 tahun 2018 tentang Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pasal 74 ayat 1 dan 2 menyatakan bahwa semua Sumber Daya Manusia Pengadaan Barang/Jasa harus memiliki kompetensi di bidang Pengadaan Barang/Jasa. Kompetensi tersebut dibuktikan dengan kepemilikan sertifikat sebagaimana terdapat dalam Pasal 88 poin ‘c’ dan ‘d’ menyatakan bahwa para pihak yang terlibat dalam proses pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah wajib memiliki sertifikat keahlian pengadaan barang/-jasa.
PPM Manajmeen bekerja sama dengan LKPP (Lemba-ga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah) dalam penyelanggaraan Program Sertifikasi Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah. Sepanjang penyelenggaraan dari tahun 2005, sudah ada 70 Angkatan dan telah terakreditasi A oleh LKPP.
Menjawab Masalah ApaPresidential Regulation number 16 of 2018 on Public Procurement of Goods/Services paragraph (1) and (2) of article 74 states that the human resources of government goods/services must have competence in goods/services procurement. The competences is evidenced by certificate according to Article number 88 poin ‘c’ and ‘d’ states that the parties involved in the process of government goods/services procurement must have a certificate in government goods/services procurement.
PPM Manajemen in cooperation with National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP/ Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah) will organize Government Goods/Services Procurement Certification Program. Throughout this certification programme from 2005, there have been 70 batches and have been accredited “A” by LKPP.

Instruktur merupakan tenaga ahli yang kompeten yang sudah tersertifikasi sebagai instruktur dari LKPP dan berpengalaman di bidang pengadaan barang/ja-sa, beberapa diantaranya terlibat dalam penyusunan modul pelatihan standar sesuai Perpers No. 16 Tahun 2018

• Program Pelatihan Sertifikasi Ahli Pengadan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah ini akan diselenggarakan selama 5 (lima) hari dan diakhiri dengan ujian• Lokasi pelaksanaan di PPM Manajemen
Waktu dan Tempat
Persyaratan untuk mengikuti ujian sertifikasi adalah sebagai berikut1. Sekurang-kurangnya Lulus D3 atau SLTA dengan pengalaman di bidang yang berkaitan dengan pengadaan barang/jasa selama 1 tahun atau lebih2. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang pengadaan barang/jasa minimal 2 tahun atau telah mengikuti Pelatihan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah 3. Mengisi Formulir Pendaftaran 4. Menunjukkan KTP
Seluruh dokumen harus sudah diserahkan ke Bagian Pendaftaran PPM Manajemen paling lambat dua hari kerja sebelum pelaksanaan pelatihan dilaksanakan.
Persyaratan Ujian Sertifikasi
The instructors are competent experts who are certified as LKPP’s instructor and has experienced in the procure-ment of goods/services, some of them are involved in the preparation of standard training module according to Presidential Regulation number 16 of 2018

Time and Value
1. Minimum have D3 degree or High School degree with at least 1 year relevant experience in goods/services procurement2. Have experience in the procurement of goods/ services at least 2 years or have participated in government goods/services procurement certification3. Completing registration form4. Submitting of identity card
All documents should be submitted to the Registration division of PPM Manajemen at least two days before the day of the training.

Denda sebesar 50% dari biaya program untuk pembatalan yang dilakukan 1 (satu) hari kerja sebelum tanggal penyelenggaraan. Denda sebesar 100% dari biaya program untuk pembatalan yang dilakukan pada tanggal penyelenggaraan. Seluruh biaya yang telah diterima akan dikembalikan apabila pembatalan dilakukan oleh PPM Manajemen
