Xerox Membership CardsLaser Guaranteed Preprint 100gsm with 195 micrionPolyester Card

Xerox membership cards combine the benefits of Laser Guaranteed Pre-Print 100gsm paper and Premium Polyester dry-peel card to give excellent results in most digital colour and mono printers. The card peels from the document completely dry and, once the card is removed, the document is recyclable.

The Polyester card is available in 145, 195 and 270 micron thickness. It’s waterproof, tearproof, fully durable and resistant to alcohol based cleaning agents.


Xerox Integrated Butterfly CardXerox Colour Impressions 160gsm with integrated card and gloss face film

A4 Integrated Butterfly Card is an integrated card with a release film on the reverse and the 50 micron gloss face film. Once removed, the product can be folded together to produce a card personalised on both sides. The paper stock is Colour Impressions 160gsm and will give excellent results in most digital colour and mono printers.

Xerox Butterfly CardLaser Guaranteed Preprint 100gsm with 195 micron Polyester Butterfly Card

Xerox Butterfly Cards combine the benefits of Laser Guaranteed Pre-Print 100gsm paper and Premium Polyester dry-peel cards to give excellent results in most digital printers. The card can be personalised on both sides in one pass, then peeled from the document and folded to produce a single 400 micron thick product. Once the card is removed, the document is recyclable.


Xerox Valu-PerfLaser Guaranteed 190gsm Super Smooth Index card

Xerox Valu-Perf is an A4 sheet with an inherent card that pops out when the perforations are opened. The paper stock is Super Smooth 190gsm card and will give excellent results in most digital colour and mono printers.

A4 Valu-Peel is an integrated card with a release film on the reverse only. The paper stock is Colour Impressions 160gsm and will give excellent results in most digital colour and mono printers.

The Premium NeverTear Dry Peel cards are supplied on A4 or SRA3 sheets, ready to be fully personalised on demand. Once printed the peeled off card is completely dry. The A4 sheet contains eight cards and the SRA3 version contains twenty one. The cards conform to ISO standards each card is sized 86mm x 54mm with 3mm rounded corners. The cards are compatible with most colour and mono digital laser printers and are waterproof, tear proof, greaseproof with no need for extra lamination. The carrier sheet and Dry Peel cards are fully recyclable.

The Premium NeverTear Butterfly cards are supplied four cards per A4 sheet ready to be fully personalised on demand. Once printed peel the card out and fold both sides together to form 410μm thick card that is printed both sides. Each A4 sheet contains four butterfly cards that, once folded, conform to ISO standards with 3mm rounded corners, each card size is 86mm x 53.7mm. The cards are compatible with most colour and mono digital laser printers and are waterproof, tear proof and greaseproof with no need for extra lamination.


Tactile CardsClear Foil Feature Tactile Card-Tab combines the benefits of Laser Guaranteed

Pre-Print 100gsm paper and Premium Polyester dry-peel card to give excellent results in most digital colour and mono printers.

The foil feature is available as either silver or transparent foil and is pre-constructed with a tactile feature to any design. On top of its aesthetic qualities, A4 Tactile Card-Tab additionally offers proof of authenticity and is anti-copy.

After personalisation, the card can be peeled from the document completely dry and, once the card has been removed, the document is recyclable.
