NEW Sponsor Video Presentationsin ‘Innovations’ Hall

• NEW for this year’s FTTH Virtual Conference 2021, we are adding an additional conference room to the conference environment

• The new conference room will be known as the ‘INNOVATIONS HALL’ and it will host sponsor video presentations of latest FTTH product and service solutions

• The content will be organised by product and service solution categories (see image on right and on slide 5) and delegates will be able to access the content ‘on demand’ based on the different categories they select

• When the delegate selects a particular category, they will be presented with a list of relevant product and service solution videos organised alphabetically by title

• In case there are many product and service solution videos in one category, we may consider sub-dividing content into further sub-categories

NEW Sponsor Video Presentationsin ‘Innovations’ Hall

SPECIFICATIONS:• Sponsor videos should either be (a) in MP4 format or (b) hosted on

YouTube and available via an embed code

• Sponsor videos can either be (a) existing video presentations or (b) presentations which have been specifically made for and tailored to the FTTH Virtual Conference 2021

• Each sponsor video should ideally be 1-2 minutes in length and no longer than 5 minutes in total

• Sponsors may develop videos for multiple categories (up to the allowances mentioned below) but each video can only be featured in one category

• Sponsors may submit up to a maximum number of video presentations based on the following formula:

• Platinum = 5 video presentations• Gold = 4 video presentations• Silver = 3 video presentations• Bronze = 2 video presentations

• You should complete the attached application form indicating:• VIDEO FORMAT = MP4 or YouTube hosted• NAME OF VIDEO FILE OR EMBED CODE• TITLE (maximum 80 characters) = Generic description of your product

or solution i.e. what the solution is or does (must not contain a product sales or marketing pitch)

• SUBTITLE (maximum 300 characters) = More detailed description/elevator pitch of the benefits of your product/service solution

• PRODUCT/SERVICE CATEGORY = Which product/service category your video should belong to

• Once we have received and approved all submissions, we will ask you to upload your content to the FTTH Virtual Conference 2021 content library

• Videos will be able to carry a link to your exhibition booth and other product and service videos (we will guide you on how to set this up)

Paid for advertising in the ‘Innovations’ Hall

• In addition to featuring your video content, there will be the opportunity to advertise in the ‘Innovations’ Hall

• For each product or service solutions category there will be two advertising slots available (see image to right)

• These will be available on a first come, first served basis and according to order preference subject to availability

• Each sponsor can apply for advertising space in a maximum of three product and service solution categories

• You will need to indicate your 1st , 2nd and 3rd choices

• Advertisements are 140 x 300 pixels in dimension and are priced at €300 ex VAT per advertisement

• Adverts can be connected to a single URL which can be to your exhibition booth or an external URL

• This is a great way to gain additional visibility and drive additional traffic to your booth
