2. Make the labeling changes listed below before you release the product for shipment bearing the amended labeling:

) a) The heading RESTRICTED USE PESTICIDE has the same type size requirements as the signal word-see 40 CFR 156.10 (h) (1) (iv) • Also, the heading should appear on a separate line, with the "Due to Avian and Aquatic Toxicity" on the next line, rather than just "Due to Aquatic Toxicity".

b) On the container label and in the booklet, in the lngredients statement, revise ACTIVE INGREDIENTS to ACTIVE INGREDIENT, since there is only one.

c) On the container label and in the booklet, under the heading PERSONAL PROTECTIVE CLOTHING the u8ua:lchenUcal resistance category for 48% EC di-azinon products is "F", not "G" as shown on your label. Also, revise "such s Barrier-Laminate" to "such as Barrier Laminate" • '

e) In the booklet, in the Agricultural Use Requirements block, delete."of 24 hours" after "during the restricted entry interval (REI)" because there are different REIs for some groupings. Therefore, under each crop group heading the appropriate REI will have to be given (see below).

f) In the booklet, directly under the heading Fruit and Nut Crops add "REI - 24 hours".

you must submit revised Confidential Statement(s) of Formula which must include upper certified limitsr6Y the impurities of toxicological concern as identified in the Diazinon Registration standard (TEPP, 0, S-TEPP, S-,S;;"'TEPP, and oxo-'diazinon), and include signed and dated certification statements relative to FIFRA Sec ~2 (a) (~) (C) and the method of arriving at the certified limits for the impurities (i.e., reliance on Ciba-Geigy's analysis, or another producer's analysis if another source of diazinon is used) and addressing data requirements under Guidelines 61-3 and 61-2b. If you have more than one diazinon supplier or Basic and Alternate Formulas, separate CSF forms should be submitted for each supplier for each Basic and Alternate Formula since the levels of toxicologically significant impurities are different for each diazinon technical and the certification of analyses are only appropriate to each supplier's own material (the Agency notes that one of your previously indicated suppliers is apparently no longer supplying this active ingredient).
