OIL HE
THE probable production of a drilling oilis usually foretold by the company it
keeps. May we introduce you to our wellNo. I , on Desdemona Townsite, and to its closeneighbors as follows: at 500 yards the Echolswell with a reported settled production of7,000 barreta a day; the same distance south-east, the C. T. Terrel, with an initial productionof 8,000 barrels and now rated at a settled pro-duction of 4,000 barrels; at 500 feet, our new-est producing neighbor, the Warren Wagnerwell, with an initial production variously re-
ported at from 8,000 to 16,000 barrels daily;our nearest neighbor, the Riley Drilling As-sociation's well, at I 25 feet, with the well notdrilled in and a production of 400 barrels; at300 feet the Union Oil Company's No. 3 well, also not drilled in, and with a production of
1 ,700 barrels. What is to stop us from gettingproduction, and production means dividendsin proportion to the size of the well developed.
We do not pin our faith on one well alonebut our immediate drilling program calls forten deep wells in proven territory. Our No. I
F. M. Daniel well, should be drilled in by Aug-ust 1st, No. 2, F. M. Daniel, starts drilling onJuly I 5th, and No. I G. L. French, has the der-rick erected the others will be started at theearliest possible moment. If all ten wells arebig producers our stockholders would have acorner on the money market but it is not rea-sonable to predict that even the best of locat-ions can give us I00f, success.
Capitalization $2,500,000.

TWO WELLS NOW DRILLINGIN THE
DESDEMONA GUSHER D
OILM
LUNA
The production end of the oil business is toouncertain to depend upon any one operationbut it is entirely reasonable and almost a surething that out of ten deep wells, in gusher ter-
ritory, we will get a combined production run-
ning into very big figures. Five thousand bar-
rels should mean yearly dividends of some '
$3,000,000. and it is in keeping with the suc-
cess of wellsjn the field in which we are oper-ating that we should get a combined productionof ten thousand barrels or better.
The safety of our operations and the assur-ance of dividends is further backed up by ourprogram for a 3,000 barrel refinery whichshould, at a conservative estimate, earn netyearly profits of at least $1,500,000 morethan the entire total of our proposed outstan-in-g
capitalization. We believe that the con-servatism with which we are operating andthe reasonable certainty of tremendous profitsoffered, will appeal to you as exceptionallygood business, in such a way that you will buyas much of this stock as you can comfortablycarry. The organizers and officers of this com-pany have bought considerably more than theycan carry with complete comfort and, like you, their profits are to come from earnings made. This is not a stock jobbing promotion but alegitimate development offering the very bestof opportunity for tremendous returns. Maywe suggest that the time is short and that youshould act today.
