Instructions to be Followed :
l� 2 Passport Sized Photographs to be submitted (in proper school uniform) to the Class Teacher on 20.4.20.
l� All the class activities and HOD will be held on the Day and Date provided. For the Absent students, it will not be taken on later date.
l� Children are required to bring the mentioned materials for the HOD and Class Activities to the class, Else they shall not be marked.
l� Almanac and Rough Copy should be brought to school everyday.
l� Children should/must bring all the copies to the Class as per the schedule provided (Time Table)
l� “Student Information” Pages of the Almanac should be filled up porperly with Photograph in proper school uniform and same to be submitted to the Class Teacher on 20.4.20.
l� It is Mandatory for all students to participate in the cultural/Annual Event held every year in the school in the month of December (Which will be marked per subject)
l� All the Assessments will be conceptual and will not be only confined to classwork.
l� Project-Indi/Gr will not be accepted (Marked) after the scheduled Date. Children Absent during PT one or two will not be marked in any case.
l� CA Work will be checked/Signed by the Teacher on Specific Date/Duration. Teacher will not Sign/Check the CA Copy after the Date in any case.
l� Books are not allowed in School Except Workbook Maths and Language Books, 2nd Language, (work book) if required as per the routine.
l All the test copies should be submitted to the Class teacher on the date mentioned for the periodic text/examination.
l Children without test copies will be marked zero (0).
l Date of submission of test copies : Periodic Test - I - 24/6/20
