Entré Basic Operator Training is provided for those seeking an interactive training to supplement

training available through DMP’s online video library. This training is a scheduled 2-hour instructor-led

session covering:

ê Credential management (Personnel, Badges, User Code Profiles)

ê Panel management (interactions in the Hardware Tree, Schedules)

ê Events

This training does not provide a certification and is first-come, first-served.

B AS IC IMPLEMENTATION TR AIN ING FOR ENTRÉ—

Basic Implementation Training is provided for End Users responsible for the maintenance of the Entré

software. This training is a scheduled 2-hour instructor-led session covering:

ê Entré maintenance tasks, including the basics of recommended SQL maintenance as outlined in

the Entré Server Maintenance guide

ê Networking and Entré requirements and how to reconfigure the server.

This training does not provide a certification and is first-come, first-served.

ENTRÉ TRAINING SYLLABUS 1

ONLINE TECHNIC IAN C E RTIF ICATION FOR EN TR É L ITE—

Entré Lite certification consists of seven self-directed DMP University online courses and a scheduled

2-hour instructor led training session. This training is limited to the implementation and support of Entré

Lite.

Each technician is required to have a training kit.

Each technician is required to have local administrator rights to their computer.

Successful completion of this training requires a passing score on all exams and will provide a

certification for the Dealer to purchase and receive DMP Technical Support limited to the Entré Lite tier

of the software.

Enrollment is first-come, first-served.

This is a comprehensive, 3-day, instructor-led training covering:

ê Entré deployment (preparation and installation)

ê Entré maintenance

ê Entré operation (comprehensive)

Successful completion of this training requires a passing score on all exams and will provide a

certification for the Dealer to purchase and receive DMP Technical Support for the Entré Lite, Business,

and Enterprise software tiers.

The technician’s certification must be renewed annually by successfully completing a DMP University

online exam.

Each technician is required to have a training kit. See ordering information below:

ê In-Person at the Dealer’s facility (4 Techs minimum)

TECHNIC IAN CERTIF ICATION F OR ENTRÉ NOC—

This training is for Technicians and End Users responsible for the implementation and maintenance of

Entré NOC. This is a comprehensive, 3-day, instructor-led training covering:

ê Entré deployment (preparation and installation) - The training is tailored to the relevant End User’s

Entré NOC deployment and will be based on the details provided within the completed Entré NOC

Pre-installation Checklist

ê Entré maintenance

ê Entré operation

Successful completion of this training requires a passing score on all exams and will provide a

certification for the Dealer to purchase and receive DMP Technical Support for all tiers of the Entré

software.

The technician’s certification must be renewed annually by successfully completing a DMP University

online exam and Dealers are required to maintain a minimum of two certified technicians to support

Entré NOC.
