Transcript of SUGAR INDUSTRY - ICCE
Sugar industry
ICCE has more than 25 years of successful experience in building electrical equipment and automation systems for industrial and infrastructure facilities.
With implemented solutions in several hundred facilities throughout the world, ICCE is recognized for its commitment to highest quality standards, efficiency and reliability.
Our solutions for the sugar industry range from automation of single processes to plant wide automation systems.
Our field of expertise also encompasses modernization of existing and outdated single automation systems and their integration and synchronization with the work of other interconnected departments within the factory.
Since its foundation, ICCE is engaged from year to year in the delivery of electrical equipment for the sugar plants, primarily in Serbia and Russia. The delivered equipment includes:
• Low voltage equipment, • MCC (Motor Control Centers), • Measuring and control equipment, • Control Systems,
as well as the installation and commissioning of these systems.

Sugar industry
ICCE offers solutions for the process control that encompass the entire lifecycle of the sugar production from beet receiving to storing sugar. ICCE furthermore integrates single processes into a unique Central system for monitoring and control of the whole factory.
Production departments in sugar factories that ICCE automated over the years:
1. Beet receiving and washing, 2. Beet slicing and diffusion, 3. Pulp press, 4. Pulp drying and pelletizing, 5. Gaudfrin filters,
Central system for monitoring and control
The brief overview of our expertise and implemented solutions for the single production departments within sugar factories is given below.
6. Evaporation, 7. Vertical crystallization, 8. Crystallization and centrifuges, 9. Sugar storage,
