Chapter 1: The Story of a New Project

The End Users are waiting to learn the new solution, because the go-live

date is approaching, but how? More troubles for the Project Team!

This is not a training

manual! Only print

screen …

I’ve read that

stupid manual,

With SAP Enable Now, the End Users have now immediate access to all

the resources they need to get trained and supported when using the new

solution.

This e-learning course is

really nice, and I have

also the handbook!

Yes, and it contains

many simulations

to practice with the

new solution.I am already using the

new solution, and the

help is on the screen!



Chapter 3: Is There Life after Go-live?


Scene 7: User Adoption Drama!


We have a perfect

new solution but the

users are not using it!

Users are not using

the applications, or

still making

mistakes.

But Sam has no tools

to understand what is

causing this lack of

adoption!

Go-live has passed and now the new solution is up and running, but the

results are not as expected: users are not taking advantage of it.

I don’t

understand: I

see no errors,

no problems,

but low

adoption!
