Every week since we began working remotely, the GYK Antler team has been cominutesg together for an all-agency town hall Zoom meeting. As a company of creative entrepreneurs with a wide range of talents, since day one we’ve embarked on a series of weekly challenges — from dance-offs to a “most awkward childhood photo” contest to our own version of Family Feud.

One of our most recent and elaborate competitions was a Zoom edition of “Chopped,” where some of our people had 30 minutes to create a dish, live on screen, featuring at least one product from every CPG brand within our client portfolio: Cedar’s, Sweet Baby Ray’s, Dunkin’ and Ocean Spray.

And boy, did our people get creative. So with this note, we wanted to share with you some of their drool-worthy creations, should you want to try something new and explore their taste test- approved recipes.

1. Mix all aioli ingredients in a bowl.

2. Refrigerate until serving.

1. Add all liquid ingredients to a small saucepan.

2. Turn heat to medium high and bring to a boil.

3. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and let cook for

5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. When mixture is reduced and thick and syrupy, remove most of the

liquid from the pan, leaving about 1/2 inch of liquid in the pan.

5. Add onions and let cook over medium low heat, stirring

frequently until onions are soft and caramelized.

Cut small triangles from the sourdough bread and toast until crispy. Spread crostini

with the aioli. Layer a few thin slices of steak on top of the aioli. Add a few slices

of balsamic caramelized onions on top of steak. Drizzle with additional balsamic

reduction and serve!

Directions

1. Mix all spice rub ingredients together.

2. Rub steak with 5 teaspoons of spice rub.

3. Let rubbed steak chill uncovered in fridge for 3-6 hours.

4. Let come to room temperature 1 hour before cooking.

5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

6. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

7. Add steak to pan and allow to sear for 2 minutes on

each side, or until a nice crust forms.

8. Transfer skillet to preheated oven and cook until medium rare, about 5 minutes.

9. Transfer steak to a cutting board and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Slice thin.

Sweet Baby Ray’s Secret Sauce and Cedar’s Garlic Hommus Horseradish Aioli

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons Ocean Spray

cranberries, finely chopped

• 2 tablespoons ground Dunkin’

coffee beans

• 2 tablespoons chili powder

• 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar

• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

• 1/5 teaspoon black pepper,

freshly ground

• 1 teaspoon ground ginger

• 1 tablespoon kosher salt

• 2 tablespoons Sweet Baby Ray’s

Secret Sauce

• 2 tablespoons Cedar’s Garlic

Hommus

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise

• 1/2 teaspoon prepared

horseradish

• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar

• 1/4 cup of Ocean Spray

cranberry juice

• 1/4 cup of brewed Dunkin’ coffee

• 1/2 large onion, sliced thin

• 1lb of strip steak

• A couple pieces of sourdough

1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

2. Combine Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Red Chili Sauce and Marinade

and Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce in a medium saucepan. Cook

over medium heat, whisking occasionally, until smooth.

3. Season chicken to your preference and cook over stovetop. Shred

chicken and mix in a bowl with 3/4 of the sauce mixture.

4. Lay out hash browns over a baking sheet coated with nonstick spray. Layer on

the shredded chicken and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

5. Once out the oven, spread Cedar’s Black Bean Salad on top.

Drizzle the remaining sauce mixture on top of the nachos.

6. Enjoy!

Tips:

• Mix in 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes for an added kick

• Instead of sour cream on the side, try using Cedar’s tzatziki as a substitute

• 1 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s

Friends call him Stove, which is appropriate since he’s always cooking up good ideas.

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2. Cut Dunkin’ bagel in half and cut into 1/8-inch slices.

3. Place slices on baking tray and brush with olive

oil, and season with salt and pepper.

4. Bake for 15 minutes, flipping 10 minutes in.

1. Heat butter over medium high heat heat.

2. Add onion and rosemary and saute for about 3 minutes.

3. Add Ocean Spray cranberry sauce cranberry sauce,

veggie broth, and balsamic vinegar.

4. Whisk until cranberry sauce melts, about 2 minutes.

1. Scoop 1 or 2 cups of Cedar’s tzaztiki into a bowl.

2. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and cut up a

handful of cilantro to sprinkle on top.

Serve ‘em all together and you’ve got a delicious appetizer that has something for everyone!

1. Create Dunkin’ dry rub by mixing together the garlic powder, ground coffee,

paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, cuminutes, salt and brown sugar.

2. Spread rub on pork chops and marinate in Sweet Baby Ray’s

Barbecue sauce for up to 8 hours before chow time.

3. (Up to 8 hours later): Heat olive oil over medium high heat,

add pork chops and cook, gently shaking but not disturbing

pork until deeply browned, about 5 minutes.

4. Turn pork chops and reduce heat to low.

5. Cook just until second side is opaque, about 1 minute.

6. Remove skillet from heat and let rest for 10 minutes.

7. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve with toothpicks for easy eatin’.

1. Pulse the donuts in food processor until very small crumbs, then put in a bowl.

2. Pulse onion, herbs, and spices.

3. Add in hommus and donut crumbs to onion herbs and

spices mixture and pulse until mixed.

4. In a Dutch oven or pan, heat oil of choice to 350 F.

5. Test oil and then drop 1- to 2-inch balls of mixture into the

hot oil, turning every minute for even cooking.

1. Heat a pan on medium or medium high.

2. Add juice and sugar.

3. Reduce until it’s the consistency you want, about 6-10 minutes.

1. Mix the tzatziki and hot sauce together, and voila: a spicy dip.

Add the pancakes and sauce to a plate and serve!

Directions

1. Mash the hash browns in a medium sized bowl with a fork.

2. Add Cedar’s Taboule Salad, mix with fork until combined.

3. Scramble the egg in a separate bowl, add to hashbrowns and

tabloule mixture and mix thoroughly with your hands.

4. Add flour gradually until mixture isn’t tacky and holds its shape.

5. Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat and wait for it to heat up.

6. Shape potato mixture into patty-like shapes and add to

pan, flipping when browned, about 3 minutes.

7. Repeat until mixture is gone.

1. Add Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce to a small sauce pan.

2. Add the splash of juice and simmer on medium low heat until combined.

1. Begin heating vegetable oil on stovetop.

2. Add 1/2 Dunkin’ Donuts croissant and and 1/2 Dunkin’ old-

fashioned old-fashioned donut to food processor. Pulse

until crumbled. Mix with breadcrumbs (optional).

3. Dredge chicken breast (or thigh) in donut/croissant mixture. Alternate

between mixture and one beaten egg. (mixture-> egg-> mixture).

4. Place chicken in frying oil. Let sit for 5-6 minutes before turning over.

5. Chop Ocean Spray cranberries.

6. Chop cabbage into slaw. Add cranberries to slaw.

7. Mix slaw with Cedar’s tzatziki.

8. When chicken is cooked and done frying, remove from oil.

9. Take 2 tablespoons of remaining oil and mix with your favorite

Cajun spices and Sweet Baby Ray’s Hot Sauce.

10. Baste fried chicken with spicy oil mixture.

11. Toast sliced half of Dunkin’ Donuts croissant.

12. Top with Sweet Baby Ray’s Chicken Sauce.

13. Assemble sliders with toasted croissant, Chicken Sauce,

basted chicken, topped with the slaw.

14. Enjoy!

1. Mix coffee grounds, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce and water.

2. Coat steak in marinade.

3. Grill until internal temperature reaches 125 F (about 5-7

minutes per side depending on thickness).

4. Remove from heat and tent with aluminum foil. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.

5. Slice at an angle against the grain.

1. Press or grate garlic and add to olive oil.

2. Brush garlic and olive oil mixture onto both sides of bread for an even coat.
