The case of each intending candidate (including those who are on deputation)shall be carefully screened by a Board of Officers comprising principalcontroller/controller/Addl. cDA/Jt. cDA. another tDAS officer and one senior AccountsOfficer/Accounts Officer. 6. As per SAS Rule 26 of pre-revised SAS Rules candidates sha[ be allol.redoption in all the papers to answer the questions either in English or in Hindi. AII the questionpapers wll be printed bilingually. The option is however, for the complete paper only and notpart thereof. A candidate can opt toin Hindi or English. ln other words,

10 The list of candidates may be prepared centre-wise strictly according to theproforma enclosed and dispatched by name to Shri Ra eev Ran an K u mar IDAS Sr.Dv.C GDA( Pers -ll) CENTRAD, Brar S q uare Delhi Cantt. latest 09 2022. It hasbeen observed thailn past some of the Pr. Controllers/ Controllers afe not adhering to thedate fixed for submission of the list of candidates and Hers office has received requests forallotment of Roll Nos to the candidates even after dispatch of Examination materials whichresulted in lot of incon venience at all levels. lt may be noted that no request for allotment ofRoll Nos. to candidates received after the cutoff date will be entertained except due tounavoidable administrative reasons and responqibility of the same will devolve on respectiveoffice. All efforts should, therefore be made to adhere to this date to enable us to hold theexamination as per the time schedule. The name of the candidates who are final ly selectedby this HQrs. Office to appear in the examination and the Roll Numbers assigned to them,shall be antimated to the Principal Controllery Controllers, as soon as possible after receipt ofthe proforma

12. The detailed syllabus etc. of the examination is also mentioned in Annexure 'A,of the circular for guidance of the candidates. ln case of revision of manuals/etc. thecandidates may be suggested that it is in their own interest to update/ revise the rulesand regulations accordingly.
13 lt has been observed that the details of exemptions are nct furnished rn somecases causing unnecessary embarrassment to all concerned. Principal Controllers/Controllersare reguested to ensure that details of last examination with year and Roll No, are furnished inthe proforma (even when there is no exemption) to enable us to ensure that exemption detailsand the details of last examtnation are nol omitted to be shown.
14. All prospective candidates should be advised that it is in their own interestto start preparation for the examination without waiting for the intimation aboutacceptance of their candidature. lt is also likely that all the candidates are not making fulluse of training classes where these are held under the scheme contained in HQrs. OfficeCircular No.AN/061 'lIAN/K, dated 1717/58 (as amended). The Principal Controtlers/Controllersare requested to take steps to see that the candiCates t3ke adequate interest in the trainingclasses and attend thc samtr reSr-tlarly.
