INTRODUCTION
This Parts & Operators Manual is a re-print of the manual last published in 1981and contains some amended part numbers.
Health & Safety legislation and working practices applicable to Forklift Trucks,both 2 and 4 wheel Drive, Rigid Chassis and Articulated Chassis have changedconsiderably in the years since this manual was last published. We wouldrecommend that only trained operators who are in possession of the relevantcertification issued by a recognised Training Authority be allowed to operate thisequipment.
Reference is made on a number of pages to ‘bolt c/w nut and washer’, this nolonger the case, fixings such as nuts, bolts, screws and washers should beordered as individual items. A number of Whitworth and B.S.F fixings are now nolonger available, in these cases the nearest metric equivalent size will besupplied.
