i) The prices once accepted by the purchaser shall remain valid till the successful execution of the complete order to the satisfaction of the Purchaser i.e. for 10 months. The Purchaser shall not entertain any increase in the prices during the period of contract. No price escalation will be allowed till the successful execution of the complete order.

e) Price. tax and other charges:-

d) Delivery schedule :- The successful bidder should have the capability to supply the items on monthly basis i.e. the supply shall be completed before 1 oth of every month. If the bidder fails to supply the items within stipulated delivery period I time then the supply order will stand cancelled and performance security shall be forfeited. In addition, the tenderer may be blacklisted for a definite period to be decided by SVP NPA.

Performance Security submitted by the bidder will remain valid for a period of sixty days beyond the date of completion of all contractual obligations of the supplier including warranty obligations. No interest will be payable for "Performance Security."

c) Performance Security :- The successful bidder will have to deposit a performance security of 5% of the contract value of the supply I work order rounded up to next hundred (i.e. 5% of total value of electrical items for ten months) in the form of FDR I bank guarantee from a nationalized I scheduled commercial bank in favour of the Director, SVP NPA Hyderabad payable at SBH Shivrampally, Hyderabad within 15 days of the placement of supply order for due performance as per the provisions contained in GFR - 158. Failure on the part of the firm to deposit the performance security within stipulated time the purchaser reserves the right to cancel the Supply Order.

b) Earnest Money Deposit (EMO) :- The quotation shall duly be enclosed with EMO (Earnest Money Deposit) in the form of a Demand Draft for Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) drawn in favour of 'The Director, S.V.P. National Police Academy, Hyderabad. Quotations without the requisite EMO shall summarily be rejected.

Format of quotation

a) Prescribed format :- The quotation should be strictly as per the format prescribed below. In case of deviation the offer will be rejected.

m) Any Government organization I undertaking should not have blacklisted debarred/suspended the bidding firm.

I) Advance Payment No advance payment or payment against proforma invoice will be

made. Payment will be made only after receipt and acceptance of items.

k) Sample:- If required, the bidders should provide sample of the above mentioned

electrical items at NPA Hyderabad to verify the quality by the purchase committee.

j) Late receipt of quotation The sealed tender received after the due date and time will be

summarily rejected. The bid should be signed at the bottom of each page of tender form.

i) Payment:-

The successful bidder should be able to effect supplies on monthly basis i.e. before 101h of every month, and payment will be made on monthly basis for the purchased items.

h) Submission of quotation The sealed cover containing the quotation along with the requisite

documents and EMO shall be addressed to the undersigned i.e. Administrative Officer (Admn.), SVP National Police Academy, Shivarampally Hyderabad, AP - 500 052 shall be duly superscribed as "Quotation for supply of electrical items for SVP NPA Hyderabad - Not to be opened before 23rd July 2015

g) Bid validity The Bid I Tender submitted shall necessarily remain valid for 180

days after the date of opening of bid. If any bidder withdraws his tender before the said period, SVP NPA shall-without prejudice to any other right or remedy, be at liberty to forfeit the Bid Security submitted along with the bid.

The firm must enclose the following documents with quotation :-

iii) In case the taxes are shown blank, then it will be construed that the rate is inclusive of all taxes.

ii) The quoted price shall be exclusive of all the Taxes and taxes should be shown separately as applicable. No excess amount beyond the quoted amount will be considered.

n) The Academy reserves the right to increase/decrease the quantities of items, as per the needs of the Academy. Further the Academy also reserves the right to reject any offer received/cancel the entire tender enquiry, without assigning any reasons.
