HEALTH & ACCIDENTINSURANCE

Who Needs Health Insurance in the UK?While studying in the UK, all students, regardless of nationality, are entitled to accident and emergency care free of charge.

Some non-EU Tier 4 students, however, may need to pay an NHS surcharge when applying for their study visa. For all other health matters, eligibility rules apply.

Personal & Private InsurancePersonal and private insurance to cover issues such as damage or theft of personal property is strongly recommended. It is the responsibility of students to ensure they have sufficient personal insurance to cover any loss.

Please be aware, this insurance does not cover the loss or theft of items considered to be personal valuables. Full details on the extent of this insurance coverage are available, with the option to increase the level of coverage if you wish.
