This subject does not theoretical subject but practical. Rhythm of visual- line drawing, shading, movement, and color inspiration never express without teach with practice and practicle. In distance- education teaching challenge in visual art use to advertising- concept, graphic design, science, math and all subjects. Basically art field teacher use different experiment, technology and idea for teach to students. Visuals are generating new idea for understanding subjects. But visual challenge in theory method different type- express idea, observation, understanding, new idea generate. Visual communication between teaching theory have main problem is- how can play important role in teaching method? My basic view in visual design making process development to communication and idea process, spacing, page making, color composition, photography experiments, rendering, visual selection, professional visual, subject co-relation, curiosity in printing, problems of visual and using in solve teaching method. 1.NEW IDEA GENRATE

Visual is most powerful element of expression and Conway message, idea, concept, campaign and subjects literature etc. In Visual art subject for teaching and learning program field– Painting, Applied, plastic art and Sculpture etc. Students helping drawing elements- rough sketch, lay-out, color use to latest technology provide subject understanding. But visual drawing is not simple method of drawing. Drawing is basic part of creativity. Creativity developed by practice and experiments. Some idea following for distance teaching program in visual art-

1. Camp classes.

(A) Theory classes.

(B) Practical classes.

2. Through tale-conferencing.

3. Through books and magazine.

4. Through video and CD.

5. Internet.

6. Audio and video through “Mobile”.

7. Radio

8. Optional or reasonable languages.

9. Update time to time latest technology.

In distance-education time to time teaching programm orgnised throgh camp classes by reasanal centers and other selected centers.

Videoconferencing is the conduct of a videoconference by a set of telecommunication technologies which allow two or more locations to communicate by simultaneous two-way video and audio transmissions. It has also been called 'visual collaboration' and is a type of groupware. With the introduction of relatively low cost, high capacity broadband telecommunication services in the after 1990, coupled with powerful computing processors and video comprision techniques, videoconferencing has made significant inroads in business, education, medicine and media. Tele-conferencing is most play important role in distance-education. Teacher is use latest technology to students. But measure part is time so selected time teacher teach to students.

(C) Through books and magazine

Books and magazine can be play important role in distance- education. Teachers are use different material for teach to students.

(D) Through video and CD

Video can be use for learning to students. Video is deeply explained and enjoyment of subject related theory and visuals. So video write in CD and obtain to students. It is play important role in distance learning.

(E) Internet

Present time Internet provide all subjects requirement knowledge. But material selection is main problem. Education requirement is basic knowledge. In visual art basics is sketching, rough layout, and color knowledge and photography. Internet is play important role in distance education.

(F) SMS, Audio and video through “Mobile”

Students have personal Mobile 100 percent available present time. SMS is interesting and low cost media of communication in distance education. Mobile can be play important role in distance education.

(G) Radio

Radio is important media of distance learning. Radio express different type idea to listening programmed through radio and FM radio station and DTH radio and TV. Student’s interest listen interesting program on-air by radio station.

(H) Reasonable or area languages

Language problem is basic problem in our country. Student likes national and reasonable or area language but English is corporate language. Reasonable or area languages- Bengali, Guajarati, Panjabi, Bhojpuri etc and national language Hindi. It is best method to understanding any subject.

(I) Update time to time latest technology and knowledge material

Update time-to-time latest technology- software, computer and material- pencil, brush etc.

In distance education use different type teaching material- image, audio-video sketches, rough lay-out, colors, photography image- land escape, nature, sculptor, plastic art pots etc. and graphics. Drawing material use different way -HB, 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B and collage use, water color using light to dark and poster color using dark to light etc and easel or stand.
