in the conspiracy with your co-accused persons namely Amandeep

Singh, Harpreet Singh and Hanish Sarpal @ Shin @ Shinu for

the purpose of smuggling / trafficking / transportation of the

contraband and was actively in touch with a person resident of

Mumbai, who used to supply the contrabands to the co-accused

persons namely Amandeep Singh and Harpreet Singh in Mumbai

and as per your directions to the said persons and accused Hanish

Sarpal, in pursuant thereto accused persons ( Amandeep Singh and

Harpreet Singh ), brought the contraband to Delhi and thereafter

delivered it over to co-accused Hanish Sarpal for its transportation to

UK where you accused Kishan Singh used to receive the delivery of

the contraband for its use there.

That on or before 30.01.2017, you along with your co

accused persons namely Amandeep Singh, Harpreet Singh and

Hanish Sarpal @ Shin @ Shinu entered into a criminal conspiracy

for delivery of consignment of about 25 kgs of Mephedrone drug i.e.

psychotropic substance from Mumbai to Delhi in violation of Section

8(c) of NDPS Act and in pursuance of said criminal conspiracy on

15.02.2017at about 06:15 a.m. your co-accused persons

Amandeep Sngh and Harpreet Singh were apprehended at State

Entry Road, New Delhi Railway Station alongwith the above

mentioned consignment of Mephedrone drug and Also on the same

day i.e. on 15.02.2017 at about 09:10 p.m. near Janakpuri West

Metro Station, Najafgarh Road, New Delhi your co-accused Hanish

Sarpal, while going in his i20 car bearing registration no. DL 3C CD

1579 was apprehended and found in possession of 650 grams of

Mephedrone drug and thereby you Kishan Singh committed

offences punishable under Section 29 read with Section 22(c) of

NDPS Act and within the cognizance of this court.

And I hereby direct that you be tried by this court for the

above said offences.

interim bail for a period of 2 months on furnishing of bail bonds/surety

bonds in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of like amount to the

satisfaction of concerned Ld. MM/Duty MM.
