Achievements

1. Planned and Prepared a Proposal

a. Planned and Prepared a detailed Proposal to establish

‘Residential Coaching Academy’ (RCA) under the aegis of Centre

for Coaching and Career Planning (CC&CP), Jamia Millia Islamia

in 2010 after discussion with Honbl’e Vice-Chancellor, MI. The

Proposal was accepted by University Grants Commission (UGC)

and RCA was established at Jamia in October 2010 to provide free

Residential Coaching for Civil Services and other competitive

examinations to the students of Minorities, SC,ST and Women.

b. So far 146 students of RCA have been selected in civil services

(U.P.S.C) and another 220 students in other central and state

services like PCS, RBI (Grade-B), Bank P.O. CAPF, IB and

Provident Fund from 2011 to 2017 during my tenure as faculty

(History), Coordinator and Deputy Director. Till 2009 there was

almost no selection in civil services or other services from the

Centre for Coaching and Career Planning (CC&CP),JMI.

2. Planned and prepared a proposal for establishing Residential

Coaching Academy for underprivileged students of Assam at

Hujai, by Ministry of Minority Affairs, GOI for Ajmal Foundation,

Hujai, Assam in December 2018.

3. Planned and prepared a proposal for establishing a coaching

programme for the students of Anglo Arabic Senior Secondary

School, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi by Ministry of Minority Affairs, GOI.
