MIDC to look intomatter to resolve the issue.06-10-2016- RM decision: MIDC updated that the tenders are floated for theinfrastructural work. Due to these problem theunit was not in a position to renew LPG Bulk storage licenses. After Re-opening thefactory the investor had requested third party inspection to inspect facility andprovide necessary certificate for renewal and also refused to accommodate Contractlabourers. Immediately RPI leader using his local influence brought DSO -Mr RameshNarayan dalal to the factory and sealed LPG pipe line and collected theacknowledgement. An explanation for the default was asked to be submitted on orbefore 07.09.2016 to the DSO, and the same was complied by the investor alongwith necessary documents. On 09.09.2016 the investor was called to Kherdi policestation for enquiry but on reaching the police station the investor was arrestedimmediately and an FIR was filed against him and then taken the court and got theorder of 4 days police custody
