During the 2013-2104 school year, the Board continued its work on the Strategic Plan which included the following goals that will continue to enhance the Mercy mission:

*To continue to foster the legacy of Catherine McAuley*To continue to ensure the financial stability of the Academy*To align plans for long-term sustainability*To continue to plan for the development of the campus*To ensure the smooth governance transition.

While the Board is privileged to serve the Academy in a stewardship role for the Sisters of Mercy, it is not without the time, talent and endorsement of the administration, faculty, staff, parents, alumnae, students and donors that we are all able to accomplish our goals. Everyone working together has made the Academy what it is today and has built the foundation for the future. WE are all a part of the Circle of Mercy!

As the new school year begins, it is time to bid farewell to Board Members who have served the Academy proudly and to welcome the 2014-2015 Board. In my tenure as Board Chairperson over the past three years, it has been my privilege to serve with the following dedicated individuals who will be leaving, namely: Jack Au (Serena ’00, nine years of service), Steve Chmil (Alexandra ’08, Courtney ’11, three years of service), Reverend Thomas Fusco (nine years of service), Mary Ann Kelly Holzkamp ’63 ( Kelly ’06, three years of service), Joanne Lyons Leppard ’70 (six years of service), and Eileen Murray’78 (nine years of service). They have all served the Board and the Academy with tireless dedication over their respective tenures.

It is also my pleasure to announce that Kathy Reagan O’Malley ’69 (Kristen ’98) has been elected as the new Board Chairperson. Kathy has served the Board in many capacities over her first eight year term (2004-2012), including having served as the Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee in 2011. Kathy rejoined the Board in 2013 and this year will be joined by the following new board members, namely: Paul Echausse (Meghan ’13), Vivian Flood (Elizabeth ’06, Kathryn ’09, Lauren ’03), Dorry Groh-Tompsett (Emily ’09), Eileen Snyder Magri ’76, (Caitlin ’04, Colleen ’05 and Cristina ’03), Kevin McCarthy, Amy McGoldrick (Caileigh ’13) and Maggie Serravalli, (Christina ’11).

I have been honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the past seven years. While I will no longer serve as a member of the Board of Directors, know that I will forever be a part of the Circle of Mercy. I pray that Mercy continues to carry on the mission of Catherine McAuley, foundress of the Sisters of Mercy…to educate young women with faith, compassion and promise!

Warm regards,

Message from Margaret Myhan, President...

Dear Mercy Families, “The simplest and most practical lesson I know is to resolve to be good today, but better tomorrow.” - Catherine McAuley

When I joined Our Lady of Mercy Academy (Mercy) in 2012 as President, these words became my personal compass for retaining the spirit of our 85-plus year old traditions while envisioning the potential for leading Mercy into an even better tomorrow.

In looking to that future, it is with a firm commitment and fidelity to the Mercy mission. The cornerstone of our past and future is grounded in the charism and legacy of Catherine McAuley and her deep rooted belief in the power and need for education, service earmarked by compassion, spirituality and social justice, conviction tempered with humor, an innovative will, financial astuteness, and the foresight to influence lives, adapt to change, manage against challenging conditions, and make lasting efforts become realities.

The 2013-2014 Academic year can best be described in one word: transformative.

Mission-driven repositioning:At the onset of the new academic year, we unveiled an articulation of our positioning and vision.

What do we stand for? We prepare young women to be life-long learners and empower them to use their God-given gifts to make a difference in our world. Our Vision: Our Lady of Mercy Academy inspires the hearts, minds and spirits of young women to lead, serve and succeed in their colleges, careers, communities and lives.

What drives our vision? At Mercy, our students: Will be Known: They will stand out while fitting in Will Lead: They will be challenged to become moral leaders at school and through local, national and global service opportunities Will Learn: “At Mercy, teachers want to teach and students want to learn” (credit: Bevin Lenz, English teacher at OLMA) Are Family: Our Lady of Mercy Academy is part of a network of 40 Mercy Secondary schools in the US, six countries in Latin America and the Caribbean Will Grow in Faith: All are encouraged to learn and live the Gospel teachings through service and compassion for others Our Commitment: Educating Young Women with Faith, Compassion and Promise.

Growth Opportunities:Technology and ScienceIncreased emphasis and resources will continue to be earmarked for technology. The entire school’s internet infrastructure was rewired, an Apple Lab was completed, along with a student computer hub on the lower level (made possible through the 5K Tower run 2012 proceeds). A Technology Task force has been formed to advance our on-going efforts for a CS-STEM (Computer Science – Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.) This past year, we were gifted 90 iPads and three 3-D printers through the generosity of the Iordanou family.

4

The EDucational and ENvironmental Research Program (EDEN) was initiated in 2013-2014, when students participated in a variety of impressive and original scientific research programs. The EDEN greenhouse is close to becoming a reality and will soon be installed on the land in front of the gym. We are anticipating that the long-awaited greenhouse will be in place before the autumn leaves fall.

Facilities and Operations:A significant portion of the profits from the 2013 Tower Run were applied to transforming the exercise room to a “Wellness Center.” New equipment and other updates are ready for active participants! In addition to the restoration of the Chapel windows and installation of a new sound system, this year’s improvements and scheduled repairs included: classroom painting and floor refinishing, refinishing the dance studio floor, a new roof on the lower gym, new lighting and sound system in the gym, an upgrade of the internet infrastructure, masonry work (balcony, windows, locker rooms, and stairs), and brick work in the Circle, etc. Upon entering through the canopy door, you will also encounter a newly decorated lower corridor complete with newflooring, updated walls and artwork. Competitive Landscape: Mercy is one of ten Long Island- based Catholic High School and one of only three to experience an increase in enrollment. The incoming class of 2018, represents the largest number of acceptances in the history of Mercy.

Philanthropy:Major emphasis has been and will continue to be placed on identifying financial resources and donors to kindle the sustainability of Mercy. In 2013-2014, through the generosity of several significant donors, we were able to foster an historic level of commitment and support. The “Circle of Mercy Fund” Task Force, spearheaded by Board member and alumnae parent, Marianne Iordanou, realized contributions and pledges amounting to a remarkable $3 million. These monies (restricted and unrestricted) will be applied towards our “investing for the future” efforts to support endowment (scholarships and financial aid), technology upgrades and curriculum plans, as well as renovations and enhancements to the school. We are particularly grateful to the O’Hara and Iordanou families for the significant role they have taken in fostering our advancement initiatives. Grants represent a huge potential for us and we welcome all leads in this area. We remain grateful to Sr. Elaine Hanson, RSM, for her on-going grant writing expertise. It is also with greatappreciation that we acknowledge the Gaeckler Family who introduced us to the Georgia G. Hiden Charitable Foundation, which generously funded a new sound system for the auditorium this past year. In addition, we are pleased to report that participation from Mercy alumnae reached record levels.

New Beginnings:After almost 40 years as a teacher, Director of Curriculum, Co-Principal and Principal, Mrs. Joan Gordon left Mercy in December 2013. Mrs. Gordon was a mentor and friend to faculty, students and staff. We thank her for her years of dedication to Mercy and the extended Circle of Mercy family and wish her much happiness.

In July 2014, we welcomed our new Principal, Ms. Lisa Harrison, who joined us after thirteen years at the Academy of Mount St. Ursula’s, also an all- girls’ school in the Bronx, NY. Ms. Harrison brings a wealth of educational and administrative experience. During her tenure at St. Ursula’s, Ms. Harrison rose through the ranks from English teacher to English Department Chairperson, Assistant Principal for Academics, and was subsequently promoted to Principal in 2009. We are delighted to have her at Mercy.

As we look back on 2013-2014, we do so with a renewed spirit of community, excitement and accomplishment. With your continued support, we are confident that Mercy will remain true to our mission and legacy and be the most sought after all-girls’ secondary school on LI.

In Mercy,

Margaret Myhan ’70President

Dear Mercy Family,

What a year this has been! There is much to report and much to be thankful for in this publication. During this time, thanks to the efforts of Special Events Coordinator, Sister Theresa Kelly, RSM, and the Parent Guild, the annual events such as Mother Daughter Fashion Show, Father Daughter Dance, Golf Classic, Tennis Open and Grandparents’ Christmas Luncheon have raised unrestricted funds that are necessary to balance the budget. Thank you to Co-Presidents, Marianne DiBugno (Jessica ’14), Joanne Piekarski (Nicole ’14), Co-Vice-Presidents, Allison Murray Morris ’83 (Ashley ’10, Audrey ’15) and Maureen Palumbo (Alyssa ’15, Jenna ’16), for a job well done!

The Tower Run (5K Walk/Run) has grown into a major event which funds student programs and activities. Over the last two years Our Lady of Mercy Academy was able to purchase an additional school bus to take students to and from the Syosset train station and for use on field trips and sporting events. This summer the Mercy Wellness Center was created in what was once the exercise room.

The Office of Advancement welcomed Valerie Serpe Gigante ’83 (Samantha ’16), as Director of Communications. Valerie has made great strides in enhancing our public outreach through the use of social media, revamping our school website (www.olma.org), and instituting the Ambassador Program. To help with the ever increasing demands of our Advancement office, we welcomed another Mercy alumna, Amanda Corbo ’99, as Advancement Coordinator.

In April 2013, Our Lady of Mercy Academy celebrated its 85th Anniversary with a Gala chaired by Mary Frinquelli (Dina ’95, Darci ’06) and Marianne Iordanou (Danielle ’04, Alexandra ’07) at the Huntington Crescent Club. At the event, tribute was paid to the following honorees: Marilyn Martone and her daughter, Michelle ’94, Joseph Salvo and Barbara Breen ’75, (Michaela ’07, Kelsey ’12, Kiera ’15), Deacon Jerry Reda and his wife, Suzanne, (Nicole ’11, Stephanie ’14) and posthumously, to Sister Jackie Walsh, RSM ’70. A highlight of the evening was an auction that raised funds for EDEN, Our Lady of Mercy Academy’s EDucational and ENvironmental Research Program.

During this time, Our Lady of Mercy Academy’s Alumnae Board was formed. Virginia Saladino Ewen ’76 (Margaret ’07, Joanna ’15, Julia ’17) was elected President and has served for the past two years, along with other members of the Board. Our alumnae now have a presence at most OLMA events and the Board is working to recruit Class Representatives to help with reunions and class gifts. The Alumnae Board thanks Larry Mahon, (Michaela ’14), for his role as special advisor to the Alumnae Board.

A heartfelt word of thanks to the volunteer responsible for keeping Mercy Merchandise in stock, Mary Ellen Treacy Warch ’73 (Kelly ’01, Kaitlin ’07). Mary Ellen has been working on this project for the past nine years. She is also the chair of MAPA (Mercy Alumna Parents Association) and the person responsible for the MAPA Christmas Tea and Book Signing.

In September 2013, the Vision to Action Committee members were invited with others to join the Circle of Mercy Annual Fund Task Force chaired by OLMA Board member, Marianne Iordanou (Danielle ’04, Alexandra ’07). The Task Force committee identified short and long term strategic initiatives to support upgrading technology, increasing the Tower Fund (Endowment), enhancing the Lower Corridor, and refurbishing the Chapel Windows as well as other projects. By year’s end, Task Force members had raised $3 million, more than twice the amount raised the previous year! It is with much gratitude that I thank all the Task Force members for their commitment to the Academy!

I look forward to another exciting year where all things are possible!

Warm regards,

Pat Genovese DiLolloDirector of Advancement

Message from Marianne Iordanou, Annual Fund Task Force Chairwoman

Dear Mercy Family,

Welcome back to the 2014-2015 school year. I hope you had a relaxing and enjoyable summer. I have been a part of the Mercy family for the past fourteen years, since the day my daughters first stepped through the doors of this beautiful building. From that day forward we instantly felt part of the Mercy family. I have witnessed changes in administrations, faculty, staff, and students, but one thing remains constant – the deep passion I have for the endless possibilities that an education Our Lady of Mercy Academy holds for our daughters.

As a member of the Board of Directors, I volunteered to take on a leadership role in the formation of the Circle of Mercy Annual Fund Task Force. It is with great enthusiasm that I took on this position knowing that there would be the support of like - minded members of the Mercy family.

Last year $300 billion dollars were given to charities in this country. The vast majority of that was given by individuals, not foundations. Armed with that information, and with the help of Strategic Partners, Inc., philanthropic consultants from the Detroit area, we began the work of telling OUR story – the story of Mercy – to small groups of people. The response was overwhelming! In one short year we more than doubled all of the previous years fundraising efforts to reach $3,000,000.

I am so very grateful to two special people, Dick and Dolores O’Hara. They challenged Mercy leadership committees to raise $1 million dollars. It was raised in a few short months! In turn they have pledged $500,000 in support of the Tower Fund (Mercy’s Endowment). It was a pleasure working with all the Task Force members who gave so generously of their time, resources and help spread the word by hosting small gatherings. It goes without saying, I would like to personally thank, Pat DiLollo, Director of Advancement, for her tireless effort in coordinating this year’s annual fund…”Thanks so much, Pat!”

I look forward to welcoming new members to our Circle of Mercy Annual Fund Task Force and to sharing the Mercy story with as many of you as possible this year. I can’t help but imagine theinfinite possibilities we could achieve working together on behalf of the Circle of Mercy.

With Gratitude,

Marianne IordanouCircle of MercyAnnual Fund Chairperson

Spotlight on...

Richard and Dolores O'Hara For more than four decades, Dick and Dolores O’Hara have shared their time, talents and resources to further the mission of Our Lady of Mercy Academy. Staunch supporters of Catholic education, they chose to send their four daughters and two granddaughters to the Academy (with 2 more on the way next year!) Since the early 1970’s they have remained close to both the Sisters of Mercy and to the Academy.

As chairpersons of the Advisory Board of Trustees in the 1970’s, Dick and Dolores were instrumental in many of the fundraising efforts and in particular with the capital campaign which culminated in the building of Kieran Hall, the gymnasium. In the 1990’s, they established the O’Hara Student Aid Fund, providing financial assistance to Mercy families in times of emergency. Dick had chaired the Vision to Action Committee which served in an advisory capacity to the Office of Advancement. Under his tenure as chairman, the Arch Capital Field was built. This past year he transitioned to the Circle of Mercy Task Force Committee and immediately offered a challenge to the committee – “raise $1 million dollars and Dolores and I will gladly pledge $500,000 restricted to Mercy’s Endowment!” This challenge was completed in a few short months last fall!

Born and raised in the Bronx, Dick and Dolores attended St. Nicholas of Tolentine grammar school. Dolores went on to attend high school there, followed by Hunter College. Dick is a triple Ram, having attended Fordham Prep, College and Law School. He also served as an officer in the United States Air Force. After they married, Dolores worked as a buyer in the garment district and Dick began his career in law. Last summer, his law firm, Colleran, O’Hara and Mills, celebrated their 50th anniversary, serving the labor union market. Dick is the senior partner and is still very active in the practice. Forty one years ago they moved to Roslyn Harbor to raise their children, Catherine ’74, Richard, Therese ’77, Christopher, Ann Marie ’83, Mary Ellen ’84 and Gerard. They are the proud grandparents of 23 grandchildren, who range in age from six to twenty six.

Dick and Dolores O’Hara attend OLMA 2013 graduation for granddaughter, Caroline Kinney

Dick and Dolores are active members of St. Mary’s parish in Roslyn Harbor. As a couple, and through the O’Hara Family Foundation, they have focused their donations on helping the poor and helping children who are under-served from an educational perspective. They are supporters of Our Lady of Mercy Academy, Chaminade High School (where three grandsons presently attend), the Bowery Mission, Fordham Prep, College and Law School, the Inner City Scholarship Fund and the Cristo Rey High Schools in New York and Brooklyn.

They have also established several scholarships at St. Anselm’s College in Manchester, New Hampshire, where their cousin, Matthew Leavy served as Abbot and Chancellor. In their spare time Dick and Dolores spend time with their family and friends, traveling and attending communions, confirmations, graduations and supporting the many organizations that they are so passionate about. How lucky we are to have the O’Hara family as part of the Mercy family!

Dick and Dolores O’Hara with Sr. Margaret Ann Hartigan, RSM and her sister, Sr. Kieran Hartigan, RSM., Sr. Kieran passed away in February 2014.

Constantine and Marianne IordanouMarianne and Constantine “Dinos” Iordanou have been true believers of the value of a Mercy education since they first came to Our Lady of Mercy Academy’s Open House with their oldest daughter, Danielle ’04 in 1999. Since that time Marianne has been an active member of the Parent Guild working on the Mother/Daughter Fashion Show, the Father/Daughter Dance, the Christmas Boutique and the Grandparents Luncheon. In 2013, Marianne co-chaired Our Lady of Mercy Academy’s 85th Gala with Mary Frinquelli, at the Huntington Crescent Club in Huntington, New York. That event alone raised more than $300,000 and provided the impetus for the EDEN program.

Dinos Iordanou is the CEO of Arch Capital Group. He has received numerous honors in both his professional achievements and for his charitable contributions. He is a graduate of New York University and has received the “Ellis Island Medal of Honor,” as well as being honored by the Boy Scouts of America, United Jewish Appeal, Greek Orthodox Church of North America, Momma’s House and many other organizations. When his daughters attended the School of the Holy Child in Westbury, Dinos served as Chairman of the Board.

Marianne and Dinos have been closely involved with Mercy in many ways. As a member of the Vision to Action Committee, Marianne felt so strongly about the decision to build the turf field that they became the lead donors and thus the name, Arch Capital Field. When they heard that Mercy needed iPads and computers, Dinos was on hand to provide refurbished computers from his business and purchased new iPads for the Media Center. When they learned that OLMA was searching for consultants to help transform this building with the latest technology, Dinos sent his technology “dream team” to help Mercy come up with a plan. When Marianne noticed that the seniors were sitting on picnic tables that were full of splinters, she immediately asked if she could donate new ones. When Dinos and Marianne heard that the new technology plan included 3-D printers in the curriculum, they donated three! The list goes on and on.

Pictured Above...Dinos and Marianne Iordanou with Sr. Elaine Hanson, RSM

12

As an Our Lady of Mercy Academy Board Member, Marianne volunteered to chair the newly formed Circle of Mercy Annual Fund Task Force last fall. The Task Force Chair’s job description was to work closely with OLMA President, Margaret Myhan, the Office of Advancement and other Task Force members, to develop a plan that would include funds to ensure the sustainability of the Academy and position it for future growth. In the first year alone, Marianne and her team raised $3,000,000, added close to $1,000,000 to the Endowment and of course, added their own commitment of support. As Marianne stated, “Mercy is such a special place for girls to grow and be nurtured. Dinos and I look forward with great enthusiasm to moving from fundraising to a spirit of philanthropy.”

While their two daughters, Danielle ’04 and Alexandra ’07, have long since graduated from OLMA and are in fact, preparing to be married next year, Dinos and Marianne continue to play an important part in Mercy’s future. We thank them for their generosity, vision and commitment to the Circle of Mercy!

Dr. Reilly-Harrington ’88 is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School and is a Clinical Psychologist at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is a Founding Fellow of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy and specializes in the cognitive-behavioral treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, focusing on bipolar disorder. Noreen credits much of her success to the outstanding education she received during her years at Our Lady of Mercy Academy. She fondly remembers Sr. Mary Fabian, who ignited her love of science, Mrs. Barron, who taught her the art of writing, and Sr. Maureen Gregory, who inspired her to achieve. She was editor-in-chief of the OLMANAC and was actively involved in the dance and drama clubs. She carries her strong Catholic faith into her challenging work with mental illness and feels very grateful for the exceptional foundation she received at OLMA, both academically and spiritually.

After graduating as Valedictorian from Our Lady of Mercy Academy in 1988, she received her B.A. from University of Pennsylvania and her M.A. and Ph.D. from Temple University. She resides in Southborough, Massachusetts with her husband, Dr. Joseph Harrington, and their 3 sons, Joseph (14), Kevin (12) and Owen (7), where she also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Fay School.

“Our Lady of Mercy has played a special and enduring place in our family’s life. From my perspective, the three most important women in my life – my mother, my wife and my daughter – are all Mercy graduates. And while each one of those women are different in many ways, they share a common experience and a set of values that was borne from their Mercy experience. They are all strong, confident women of faith who give of themselves to make their communities better places to live. My mother, who raised eight children, conveyed to us that there are times in life where our faith calls us to give from our substance and not from our surplus. Beth and I believe that God has blessed us and our family in more ways than we could have imagined; and we felt it was time to give of our substance. It is within this spirit of giving that Beth and I made the financial commitment that we did to Mercy’s endowment, so that Mercy will have a strong financial foundation to continue their mission to educate young women for generations to come. Beth and I ask that you take a moment to prayerfully reflect upon Mercy’s mission and to give of your substance.”

The Mercy Community celebrates at the Thanksgiving Liturgy

26

The Tower Run continues to grow each year. Whether you walked, ran, sponsored a runner, donated a prize, or volunteered at registration, Mercy

appreciates your continued support. Special thank you to Mrs. Dawn Cerrone, who created this event 8 years ago and to our 2013-2014 co-chairs,

Sr. Meghan McArdle and Mrs. Tara Kuhn.

Our Lady of Mercy Academy’s 7th Annual Tower Run

27

Our Lady of Mercy Academy is proud to announce the completion of the first year of EDEN. EDEN is Mercy’s new research program that takes advantage of Mercy’s beautiful 96-acre campus while challenging our students academically, our Catholic values and the mission of the Sisters of Mercy.

The Mercy EDEN Research Program is built upon the foundations of education and environment and rooted in our Catholic values, which will open opportunities for our students to study both the natural and social sciences.

The EDEN greenhouse laboratory, the weather station, our pond, the trees, flowers and fauna will be the EDEN research program, providing opportunities for the next generation of Our Lady of Mercy Academy students.

OUR LADY OF MERCY ACADEMYChapel Renovation Project

V faith I compassion I promise V

Our Lady of Mercy Academy officially opened its doors on September 10, 1928 with nine day students and two boarders. The first Mass was celebrated on September 24, 1928 by Father Brown in a classroom in the northeast corner of the main floor. Plans for a chapel were made. As the walls rose, the workmen built embedded pillars, which gave the idea of a classical style and supported a gracefully arched ceiling. These recessed pillars would also act as supports for the Stations of the Cross, which were a gift of the Sisters of Saint Mary of the Angel Convent, Syosset, New York.

The large stained glass windows, imported from Munich, Germany, were veritable jewels in their structure. Sections of blue, yellow and green glass welcomed the rising sun on the east wall. In keeping with this beauty, the center of each of the windows portrayed one of the Joyful Mysteries of the rosary. The reds, oranges and golds enhanced the glory of the setting sun in the west, and each of these windows on the west wall depicted one of the Glorious Mysteries. The windows were completed by December 24, 1929. The chapel was dedicated on the Feast of the Sacred Heart, June 7, 1929, by Father Brown. It was a day of glory.

For over 85 years, the Chapel at Our Lady of Mercy Academy has been an oasis within the Academy. We have reflected there, prayed individually and together, and celebrated graduations, award ceremonies, honor society inductions, alumnae reunions, and for some, marriages and baptisms. The Sisters of Mercy have been professed there, celebrated milestone jubilees, and have gone to their heavenly reward after the Mass of Christian Burial in this Chapel.

In September of 2014, Our Lady of Mercy Academy will be unveiling and dedicating the restored Chapel windows, as well as debuting our new sound system. Our goal for 2014-2015 is to raise funds to install air conditioning in the Chapel, begin to restore the stalls and pews, and to preserve what the Sisters of Mercy built and where many have found solace, strength, and a deep sense of spirituality.

North Campus Beautification Project

The creation of the Saint Joseph’s memory garden and pondrestoration is part of Our Lady of Mercy Academy’s renovation of North Campus Phase 2. The first phase was the completion of the ARCH Capital Field. Much of this work was made possible due to

the generosity of Dick and Dolores O’Hara by donating in the name of Sr. Monica Henkemeier, RSM and Sr. Helen Lyons. The

personalized bricks add a new dimension to the beautiful walkways and benches leading to Saint Joseph.

We hope you will visit the North Campus to experience its beauty.

Sister Jackie Walsh Angel Fund

The Angel Fund was renamed the Sister Jackie Walsh Angel Fund at the 2nd Annual Tribute to Sr. Jackie Walsh on May 10, 2014, where alumnae and current students raised over $1000.00. This evening was filled with music and dance.

The Sister Jackie Walsh Angel Fund was established to ensure that each and every Mercy girl will have the resources to complete her education at Our Lady of Mercy Academy. Please consider becoming an angel by making a donation that will help defer the tuition expenses of a Mercy girl in need of financial support.

On April 26, 2014, the class of ’64 celebrated their 50th Reunion and as a class gift they raised over $12,000 to be donated to the Angel Fund.

Jennifer Sparacino Soccer Fund y senior, passed away in January 2014.

Jen’s mother told us that Jen loved being a part of the Circle of Mercy. Jen was happiest at Mercy. She felt a special connection playing soccer and being a part of the spring track team. She loved working on the set design for Grease. It is these events and the love she had for each and

every member of the circle of Mercy that she would want us to remember. Thank you for allowing her family and friends to share in this love, as well as experiencing the healing power of the “Circle of Mercy.”

A special fund to enhance the Soccer field has been established in Jennifer’s name.
