Instructions for Teachers accessing the

NCEdCloud and Online Evaluation System

▪ Have your 10-digit UID number that was provided to you in the email

▪ Follow the instructions to Claim My Account in NCEdCloud

▪ Follow the instructions in this power point to complete NCEES items.

Getting Started

NCEdCloud- Claim My Account

Go to my.ncedcloud.org

Claiming My Account-

NCEdCloud Home Screen

Once you have

Claimed an Account

Click on the

Truenorthlogic (NCEES)

icon

This will take you to

the NCEES home page

NCEES Home Screen

Enter Training &

Orientation Date

Click

My Evaluation

NCEES Training and Orientation

Click on Start Plan (Standard (SPII)

or Comprehensive (LE/SPI))

Evaluation 2018-2019 Plan

Click on Training /

Orientation Container

Click Training /

Orientation Then click

Edit

Enter the date

when you

completed the

team

agreement

webinar.

Then click

Save & Exit

This will give you a green

check which means you are

finished with this action.

Then click

Mark Complete.

NCEES- Self Assessment

Click My Evaluation-Then click on the

Self Assessment.Then click Start Plan under

the Professional Development

Plan 2018-2019

Click- Start New Go through rubric and Click on which

indicators you are demonstrating.

Once you have click at least one indicator

under each element click Save and ExitClick Share to share

your self assessment

with your evaluator

(optional)

Click Finalize

Click

Mark Complete

Click the Menu

Self Assessment is completed.
