Jharkhand Govt. in appropriate class. Tenderers having completed similar nature of work satisfactorily

may be given priority over others. The bid shall be submitted online in the website

http:l/jharkhandtenders.gov.in. The bidder(s) should have necessary portal enrolment with their own

Digital Signature Certificate:

mentioned in NIT. Deoghar Municipal Corporation, Deoghar will not be held responsible for the

postal delay, if any. in the delivery of the document or non receipt of the same' .

contractor shall be submitted by the tenderer or otherwise it may be rejected.

accompany the telder will be forfeited in case the tenderer declines to sign the agreement or fails

to deposit Securitl, Money within 10 days of being called upon to do so.

Those coritractori, who are exempted from depositing E.M., will deposit initial security

money within l0 days of being called upon to do so. If they fail to do so or decline to sign the

agreement rvithin the stipulated period, ihe requisite sum of rnoney will be forfeited by way of

adjustnent fiom any sum to be paid to hin'r by the department for other works, including his

security money and ip addition he may be Black Listed and subsequently his registration may be

cancelled.
