Articial Intelligence &Machine Learning (AI & ML)

The biggest companies in the global market revolve around programming. For instance, Facebook, Google

Wipro etc. regularly hire individuals with this specialisation. AI in the current world is omnipresent; it has made its

way in the service sectors on numerous levels. Thus this may provide ample opportunity to the graduate once he

steps into the service sector. Thus, pursuing this course will expose hands-on technologies to create applications

and solutions for the smart world we live in.

Why B.Tech in AI & ML From DTC

The students can understand machines through which humans can communicate, comprehend, and

interpret some tasks. Languages like Prolog, Lisp, R and Python are some of the common programming

languages taught to the students during their study.

DTC introduces a four year B.Tech undergraduate program in Articial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning

(ML) that revolves around the programming of machines. The aim of B.Tech in AI-ML Program is to offer a solid

base in the principles and technologies behind Articial Intelligence including logic, knowledge representation,

probabilistic models, reasoning method, and machine learning. The candidates don’t solely learn about AI and

ML; they are actually familiarized with more intricacies of the decorum. For instance, they are taught about Deep

Learning, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Vision and Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality.

The students are able to select their career as Big Data Engineer, Business Intelligence Developer, Business

Analytics, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Research Scientist, AI Data Analyst after taking this

course.

The aim of School of Architecture at DTC is to produce architects as the changing world of architecture demands. At Delhi Technical Campus, we provide a promising and futuristic Architecture program. Our focus is on the emerging trends in architecture like sustainability, conservation, contemporary architecture, landscaping, city planning and urban design. In today's world, access to information is available to all, but the ability to synthesize and efciently use the available information is what distinguishes an expert from the inept. Softwares used for drafting, visualization, estimation of quantities, material sciences and building simulation are getting more advanced with every passing day, changing what can be produced in building design at an unprecedented speed. Students who take admission in a ve year Bachelor of Architecture course today might emerge into a highly changed world of architecture ve years later. Students are prepared for this unpredictable change at the SOA by keeping them abreast of all changes in the professional world through regular seminars, workshops by industry experts and top academicians of the country.

As an architect, a fresh graduate is expected to be a thorough professional even before receiving a degree. At the School of Architecture, we emphasize on the student's ability to be an expert of tomorrow. Our focus is to help every student discover the ocean of creativity within to provide innovative solutions to the complex problems.

The Department is empowered with highly experienced and renowned architects, architecture educators of Delhi NCR along with our specialized young faculty from reputed institutes like SPA Delhi, IIT Roorkee, IIT Delhi, CEPT Ahmedabad, GCA Lucknow. They specialize in various domains like conservation, landscaping, urban design, urban planning, green buildings, arts.

DTC has emerged as one of the premiere Educational Institution in the elds of Engineering, Architecture and Management within a short span of a time. Acknowledging the importance of research as integral to education and as the key factor in professional courses, the Institute has recently established a Research Cell for nurturing research culture in the students and faculties by encouraging research in emerging and challenging areas of education and in its multidisciplinary elds. DTC has 8 active Research Centers, namely Centre for Advancement in Materials & Manufacturing Processes, Centre of Excellence in IOT, Centre on CFD & Solar Systems, Civil Engineering Research & Development Centre, Research Centre in Signal Processing and Communication, Simulation studies on Renewable Energy Systems, Centre of Excellence in AI and Centre for Architectural Research and Urban studies.

DTC also encourages its faculty to serve its research goals through their primary commitment to engaging in teaching, research, industry connect, and other support activities that are consonant with the values of the Institute. In addition, to further DTC research and collaboration, it also is appropriate and often desirable for faculty members to participate in both government-funded and private activities beyond this campus by engaging in academic and professional activities including public service and consulting that may ultimately benet the DTC. In fact, all DTC faculty members are expected to undertake research activities in addition to their

Researchteaching and administrative responsibilities. Some of the common objectives are: The Research Cell aims to nurture research culture in the students and

faculties by encouraging research in newly emerging and challenging areas of education and in its multidisciplinary elds.

Enhance the research prole of the Institute by effective dissemination of research activities and achievements of the Institute at all levels to maximize the impact and recognition of research done at DTC at national and international levels;

To prepare and submit proposals to government agencies like AICTE, UGC, DST, GGSIPU etc for obtaining funded projects.

Encourage and motivate the staff to apply for Ph.D. at various Universities.

To provide high quality research papers in order to promote rapid communication and exchange between researchers, scientist and engineers.

Ensure a facilitating environment for conduct of high-quality original research by all individuals afliated with the Institute and provide continued and effective support for pursuit of research activities;

Translate new knowledge, innovations, technologies and tools emerging out of research conducted at DTC into products and processes for commercialization or for societal benet;
