The fully equipped gym includes: Precor andLifefitness Treadmills and Cross Trainers/Steppers, Concept Rowers, Wattbikes, fixedresistance, free weights and functional training equipment. We offer all new members an induction and freepersonal training session to ensure you have allthe help you need to achieve your personalfitness goals.Our fitness studio offers nearly 50 classes perweek, including studio cycling on Keiser M3magnetic resistance bikes, Zumba, HIIT, Yogaand Pilates.If that all sounds too active you can alwaysdrop in and just have a facial in the salon atBeauty by Angela!

We cater for all ages and abilities of player andcan help you develop your game whether youare a beginner, want to improve your existingskills or even think that you can be the nextWimbledon champion. A personal touch from our squash and tenniscoaches and our gym personal trainers willmake sure that you get the most out of the facilities. If you are training for a specific goal, need amassage or some treatment for an injury, youcan use the facilities in the Physiquipetreatment room.

‘‘The social hub of the club, where everybodymeets, is The Lawn Room which is open 100hours a week. You can get a bite to eat prettymuch anytime you like and all our food isprepared fresh on the premises by our in-housechefs. We have lots of healthy options and apopular kids menu.We’ve always got a good selection of cakes togo with our lovely coffee and in the summermonths the south facing patio and barbequearea come into their own as members relax andsocialise together over a drink. We’ll keep you informed of what’s on at the clubso that you can get involved and meet newfriends both whilst playing or relaxing.In June, the club throws open its doors to hostthe LTA Aegon Tennis Tournament, visitorscome from all around the country to enjoy somegreat tennis at “the Wimbledon of the North”.
