TESTIMONIAL

“TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN”

Professor EA BABABUNMI is a member of the World Health

Organization Expert Committee on Food Safety and has served as a member of the World Health Organization and Food & Agriculture Organization Joint Expert Committee on

Food Additives. He has contributed over many years to the work of the World Health Organization, particularly in the field of toxicology where he has provided consultant and expert

adviser inputs. This has been mainly through the International Programme on

Chemical Safety (IPCS) – a cooperative programme of the United Nations Environment

Programme, the International Labour Organization, and the World Health Organization. For this programme he has

served on meetings of experts evaluating the toxicity and

31

potential human health impact of chemicals and has collaborated inthe organization of advanced training

workshops on metabolic aspects of chemical toxicity.
